Recpie name- Shreekhand
Preparing time- 20 hours
cooking time- 10 minutes
Serving - 4 persons
Ingredients -
Full cream milk- 1lit
Saffron- 1pinch
Powder Sugar- 5 tbsp ( you can increase as you like sweetness)
Almond-5-6 nos
Cashew- 5-6 nos
Pistachio- 2-3 ( Optional)
Green cardamom powder- 5-6nos( optional)

मै महाराष्ट्रसे हुं और मुझे गर्व है इस बातका चलो इस तरह से श्रीखंड बनाके देखते है फ्रिजमे दहीका पानी निकालाने हेतू लेकीन हमे थोडी खट्टास ( जादा नही बिल्कुल थोडी ) पसंद है

Very nice. You can add mango pulp( we normally use Hapoos mango pulp) to make Amrakhand or you can add fruits like Chikoo,Apple, Grapes, Pomegranate to make fruit shrikhand!

I have seen my friend whisking it with a tablespoon to the extent it is smooth, but it should not become butter. Also, she made different flavours like saffron, cardamom, nutmeg, dryfuits like kaaju draksh etc. This is the same recipe. Thank you for sharing
