材料 ：
白饭 2 碗
鸡蛋 2 粒
虾或其他海鲜
长豆 2 条
青椒 2 条
小辣椒 1 条
调味：
盐
胡椒
白糖
鱼露
#GreenChilliFishSauceFriedRice
Ingredients (Diana)
1. White cooked rice
3. Egg 2pcs whisk
4. Prawn few pieces cut diced
5. Red onion half cut slices
6. Green chilli 2pcs cut slices
7. Chilli padi 1pc cut slices
8. Long beans 2pcs cut diced
Seasoning
1. Salt little
2. Sugar little
3. Pepper little
4. Fish sauce appropriate amount
Method
1. Stir fry the long beans with little oil till darker colour. Set aside
2. Then add little oil and stir fry the green chilli and chilli padi till darker colour. Set aside
3. Add in the egg and fry till fragrant, then add red onion and fry till fragrant. Add in rice and turn to low heat, then slowly separate the rice grain.
4. Add salt, sugar, pepper and mix well
5. Then add in long beans, chilli and stir fry
6. Add in prawn and stir fry till prawn is cook
7. Add fish sauce and mix well
8. Serve and enjoy! 💕

长豆炒饭是我的最爱，同时也是一道常在大马看到具有独特中华炒饭风格。这有别于其他炒饭如扬州炒饭或泰式炒饭，大马炒饭一般会加入本地长豆，猪肉，鱼饼，甚至苏东（乌贼）加上黑酱油上色一起翻炒。相对泰式炒饭一般看到以虾仁和鱼露调味为主。看到阿宏厨师的炒饭别有一番风味，类似大马炒饭与泰式炒饭之间, 可说是新创之举！

I make this fried rice today with all the ingredients except small red chili padi (afraid too spicy) & it turned out to be very yummy. Will add the red chili back next time. Thanks ah Hong for this simple yet very yummy fried rice recipe❤
