I love this video! Here's why: I fully agree with your mentality of that it is more important to eat well all day rather than stressing out about what/when to eat pre & post workout. I also like that you've emphasized the importance of eating according to the person's style of training, instead of following someone else's way of eating. I've been testing my energy level/quality of workout with different types of pre workout foods (choosing between carb/fat/protein) and so far I feel the best when I eat 2 - 3 Brazilian nuts about 15 - 30 minutes before working out, although according to most trainers, eating fats before a workout isn't highly suggested; but like you said, eat what works for me. I'm interested in trying out chicken broth as a pre workout though! Good luck on your marathon!

i have been wondering about this for quite a while already. why are there english comments when all his content are in chinese hahaha, nothing wrong with it, i just find it odd.

@@fantzuyao8367 I'm from the US. I can understand Mandarin verbally, can read some but I can't write anything that use more technical terms.
