煉乳 90毫升
蜂蜜 90克
中筋麵粉 110克
肉桂 少許 (約 0.1 克)

【English Recipe】
Grandma Chan would like to share with you Lapis Legit, the Indonesian traditional thousand layers cake.
The butter and egg flavour of this cake is enhanced to perfection.
Multi-layered but not loose, solid but melt-in-your-mouth!
No sugar, just honey, and condensed milk instead.
A little less guilty while you're eating! 😝

Ingredients:
12 Egg yolks
3 eggs
400g Unsalted butter
90ml Condensed milk
90g Honey
110g All purpose flour 110g
Trace amount of cinnamon powder, approx. 0.1g
Trace amount of nutmeg powder, approx. 0.1g
Trace amount of lemongrass powder, approx. 0.1g
Trace amount of clove powder, approx. 0.1g
