杏鲍菇是素菜食谱里的常用食材,营养价值非常的高。豆腐干也是如此,属于优质的蛋白质。用豆腐干搭配杏鲍菇来炒,配以蒜香,口感丰富,味道也是相辅相成,越吃越上瘾。
Ingredients 用料:
3 king oyster mushrooms 杏鲍菇
150g extra firm tofu 白豆腐干
8 cloves of garlic 蒜
1/2 tbsp soy sauce 酱油
1/2 tsp salt 盐
1 tsp smoked paprika 烟熏甜椒粉
A pinch Sichuan peppercorn 花椒粉
1 tbsp cooked sesame 熟芝麻
Chopped green onion 葱花
Avocado oil 牛油果油
