这款苹果酱酸甜可口,涂在面包上或作为苹果派的馅料都很美味!
This apple jam is sweet and sour, and is delicious as a spread on bread or as the filling of apple pie!
材料 Ingredients
苹果丁 Diced Apples :
360g
糖 Sugar : 126g
柠檬汁 Lemon Juice : 15g
肉桂粉 Cinnamon Powder :
1g (optional)
小贴士
1)如何消毒储存罐: 在锅中放入一块布,然后将玻璃罐子和金属盖子放在布上面,冷水盖过储存罐煮沸并小火煮 10 分钟。 最后关掉煤气,将罐子和盖子取出晾干就可以了。
2)喜欢顺滑的口感,可以在煮之前把苹果丁用搅拌机打碎。
3)我使用的糖的份量是苹果重量的35巴仙,如果喜欢比较甜也可以增加至40巴仙。
Tips
1) How to sterilize a storage jar: Place a cloth in a pot, then place the glass jar and metal lid on top of the cloth, cover the jar with cold water, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Finally, turn off the gas and take out the jar and lid to dry.
2) If you like a smooth texture, you can smash the diced apples in a blender before cooking.
3) The amount of sugar I use is 35% of the weight of the apple. If you prefer sweeter, you can increase it to 40%.
