胖嘟嘟的麦香馒头,这次做了原味和巧克力味😁不论单吃,涂果酱还是切开夹馅料做三文治都很不错😋
材料 Ingredients:
普通面粉 All Purpose Flour :150g (1 cup)
全麦面粉 Wholemeal Flour :50g (3/8 cups)
冷牛奶 Cold Milk :125ml (1/2 cups)
糖 Sugar :15g (1 1/4 tbsp)
酵母 Instant Yeast :2g (1/2 tsp)
植物油 Oil :10g (3/4 tbsp)

Hi, kneading dough by hand is the easiest way to control the consistency and to ensure the successful rate:)

Hi, thanks for the recipe. Can I replace all purpose flour with pau flour? If yes pau flour amount will be same as APF?

Hi, yes you can use same amount of pau flour but the adjustment of the moisture content of the dough depends on the type of flour you are using.

Hi, can I replace the milk with water? water still 125ml?

Hi, yes you can but you need to reduce the amount by 10%, so the amount of water is around 113ml.😊

请问你一次过层两层,最底层要如何不会蒸到湿湿或者有水气呢?朋友说第二层会这样湿湿有水气,就是最底层那层,而不是最上层

你好,我是冷水上锅用中大火来蒸,不是用最大火哦,蒸笼的锅盖最好选择有洞会透气的,然后就是我会在开盖之后等蒸气散开一会才把上层轻轻移走。你可以观察看看是哪里有问题 :)

@@pindiaries 我也是冷水上汽蒸,然后开中火,出来底部的盘很多水气,滴到下层的馒头,我有闷5-10分钟,然后小心开盖,可是每次做都会有几粒不完美

请问第一盘比较早完成,在放第二盘,再来一起发酵25分钟,先做好的第一盘不会影响吗?

做第二盘时候速度可以快一点,不会影响很多。如果天气比较热,揉的时间比较长的话可以盖好放进冰箱冷藏一下,可以延迟发酵。

请问可以用烘陪不烘吗?不需要用剪油纸

你好,我试过蒸架涂点油馒头直接放上去蒸和放油纸上蒸都ok的,烘焙布蒸馒头我就没试过,所以不是很确定,你要还是可以试看看的 :)
