芋头糕 / Yam Cake /Kuih Keladi（ Organic ）(55)
1 粒芋头/ 500克 , 中等大小喜欢。 （切成四方小粒而后油炸。）
500 克粘米粉
500 水毫升 + 500毫升热水冲入粉内
1 1/2 汤匙盐（加入粉内）
2 汤匙糖
1汤匙澄粉/木薯粉
芋头糕配料炒好

1 快大头菜（ 腌制辣椒那种）- 剁碎
2 汤匙糖
5 朵香菇 - 切粒状/ 长方形都可以
1 汤匙五香粉
2汤匙胡椒粉
1 块姜- 剁碎

油- 炸芋头和炒材料

1 pcs Yam / 500g medium or small ( Cut into cubes ）
500 Rice Flour
500ml Water + 500 hot water added into rice thick batter
1 1/2 tbsp salts （add on inside rice flour better ）
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Wheat flour / Tapioca Flour
Yam cake taste better filling /

1 piece preserve vegetable Tai Tao Choi （spices preservation vegetables ）- chopped
2 tbsp Sugar
5 mushroom - Slice
1 tbsp all spices
2 tbsp white paper
1 piece ginger .

Deep Oil for Yam cubes , all combination of vegetables fry up together to taste better.
Chili sauce
-----------
8 pcs chilies
3 tbsp vinegar
200ml Water
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salts
5 tbsp Tomatoes sauce
Blended all the rest
Decorating
----------
2 piece Chilli's rings for decoration
100g fried peanuts - blend or smashed . Roughly
100g Sesame seeds
Parsley or Onion leaves / coriander leaves..
蒸40分钟，用竹签插入不会粘贴就可以了，
