Doctor Seyoum! I have no words to describe you! All I can say is Thank you! Thank you for all your lessons, surgical and beyond…many Ethiopians may not recognize you, history may not mention you But We, the students, WILL. We will tell the story of what it was like being under the tutelage of Seyoum Kassa! Thank you Sir! And I miss your frowns, even more than your smiles! Abrish, you made me emotional at Prof Birhanu K… Now, you are definitely after my heart with Seyoum! Keep it up, Keep shining…and Keep Them Shining! The true mentors! Those who were committed for education, not for the shows!

Great Surgeons are not born , rather they are made by willingness to pay the price for excellence . Dr. Seyoum is a surgeon who is diligent in his work, sympathetic to patients, and seeking change. I am very proud to be your resident. Long live !!!

I find the podcast content excellent, but the medical terminology can be a bit confusing for non-doctors who are passionate about the subject. If you could explain the concepts in simpler terms, it might attract more subscribers interested in MED. Great job overall!

He scared the ever living heck out of me a couple of times as a resident when I messed up during my attachment at Minilik hospital. I still have a couple of arrhythmias I developed from those days. 😂😂😂😂 But I still have a mad respect for him. A disciplined and graceful surgeon who actually cares about patients and getting things in order. Proud to have known him and thought by him.

If am not mistaken I heard you guys saying medical service is free and compulsory in Cuba. What a country!!!! እኛ አገር የዶ/ር ሕይወት much more similar to Dr. Samual you stated here; just forget other issues. My question is at least why not you concerned and senior doctors organize and try to do some thing. Like having teaching university and that can provide quality medical service to middle class through insurance system.

I am glad you told to those physicians what means medical schooling in Cuba ! Being a physician is all about helping others and getting the satisfaction of your patients getting cured! I remember one physician in black lion steeling hospital items for his own personal benefit and calling him self investor now!
@Passion1481Ай бұрын
It's unfortunate how in some societies, there exists a trend to defame physicians without substantiated evidence, with intentions possibly rooted in jealousy or other ulterior motives. Additionally, the notion of emphasizing 'satisfaction' in the medical profession can sometimes be used to downplay the rightful demand for fair compensation, insinuating that fulfillment in helping others should suffice without adequate financial reward
@getumindaye6214Ай бұрын
@@Passion1481there is no issue of jealousy in here also No defamation of physicians specifically those living in Ethiopia and working as hard as Dr Seyum! I have been there and witnessed the kind of issue I mentioned ! If you believe that I am just smearing physician reputation you must be blind

@rahelgetachew712128 күн бұрын
Based on your location you can get screening at both government & private owned hospitals. For under 35yrs breast ultrasound is done & for age above 35yrs mammography is recommended.
