⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 椰子雞湯 材料: 冰鮮雞1隻 紅蘿蔔2個(約1斤半) 椰子1個 處理: 1. 紅蘿蔔,去皮,清水洗乾淨,放煲內。 2. 椰子,輕力用硬物敲擊,倒出椰子水在煲內,椰子肉,去皮,切幼條,放煲內。 3. 雞,切去頸、腳及尾部,除去雞膏及內臟,1開4 ,清水洗乾淨,放入煲。 4. 加入清水3升。 烹調: 1. 大火滾起湯,轉中慢火煲90分鐘以上。 2. 湯煲了大約2小時。 3. 完成,可享用。 Chicken and coconut soup Ingredients: Frozen chicken 1 No. Carrot 2 Nos.
