If they have Alucard end of series Schrodinger ability then I don't see how Dio can win. But I have no knowledge of JoJo past Part 3 so could be missing something

Yep voting Alucard, especially since Chad confirmed DIO won't get The World over Heaven the only thing that could allow DIO to fight back and win due to it being non-canon and that Alucard will have access to 99% of his one-million+ powers and haxes including the absolute brokeness that is Schrodinger's Soul along with the reveal that Alucard won't get access to the Lv. 0 form due to Alucard requiring permission from his Mistress Sir Integra Fairbrooks Wingate Hellsing herself to activate it which means DIO has no way to kill Alucard.

Well With the chuck Norris scaling it was only Planetary feats, if Macho Man survived A chuck Norris Roundhouse kick or beaten Chuck Norris than they Might have put him at Universal or higher
