being pulled over for tints was a huge thing in Enfield. I wish I could tint my front windows too but I know what would happen to me if I did, and as cool as it is to have them, you need to comply, especially if you are this influential in the car community.

Depends how much light goes through the windscreen. I have it on my car and it allows enough. The police even tested my windscreen and said its fine 👍

I got pulled over for my front tints last year. I had them on for 4 years until I had to get rid of it. The police are cracking down on car modifications. At one point police were pulling cars to a morrisons car park to check if the cars have a catalytic convertor

Around here the lighter tints are generally ok, if they can see you from the outside, then you're all good. Anything darker then it can be hit & miss

I don’t know what the regulations are in the UK for window tints. But I’m assuming they are forbidden. If you get coughs with window tints here in Germany you are in trouble. I mean real trouble! It will basically void your insurance for the car. Tinting your windows in the front is pretty much one of the worst crimes you can commit in Germany hahaha

You can have the front windows and windscreen tinted but their are strict controls on how much tint you can have, by law they need to allow a certain level of light through because it will impair your vision otherwise, it’s pretty obvious Yiannis Lambo is illegal. And the Police have the power to take your car or you can remove the tints in front of them at the roadside.

If they're tinted to an illegal level in the UK, your insurance would be void too, if you were in an accident and they could find cause for the tints being to blame (e.g. reduced vision/perception, etc.), then you'd get no payout for your vehicle.
