She is amazing for exploration. In one of the time challenge puzzles in inazuma I literally sidestepped the whole thing because my ayaka was walking on the water

Good luck! Some advice on dealing with her sprint, it's much shorter than a regular sprint and you can interrupt the animation coming out of the sprint with another sprint, so if you need to turn sharply just come out of the sprint and dash in the other direction. Not being able to do the thing other characters do where they start their dash in one direction and can sharply turn even 180 degrees mid-dodge seems to be the most common complaint about her dash but it's really not an issue, she just has different inputs to do the same thing. Unfortunately there's no good workaround for how it gets stuck on terrain and that's really something they should fix, especially before they add a fourth alternate-sprint character (Sayu has the same problem), but there are even more pressing issues going back to 1.0 that I wish they'd address even before that (the lack of artifact loadouts and the inability to lock on manually instead of automatically being the big ones for me).

Me too! She's also my second 5 star. Even though she's only C0 and only with amenoma and yeah, still bad artifacts, but I feel that she's too good and does carry my account from her first banner until now.. She even does better in abyss.. Hope there is another character with different element but has similiar attack patterns like her for my second dps, so I can conquer abyss, I did try another dps but it's still easier with ayaka.

Jokes on you, I was already planning to get her >:( ^I smirk whenever I hear players say they don't like her dash because I just know they refuse to/can't master it in the first place. Her dash is very rewarding in the sense that it gives you a lot of I-frame (but obv you have to learn the enemies' movements).

It's so sad that so many people doesn't even talk about the VA of Ayaka because she is absolutly amazing. Needs more love and credit tbh It's Erica Mendez if I remember correctly. The problem is that too many kids are brain-washed with anime and are like "fidnhsidbfk english so bad" regardless of the quality of the dub. It's a shame because all language in Genshin are very well made. You really miss something if you only play japan voices.

The origins of the "English dub is bad" idea came from the fact that English dub really was bad. This idea then propagated until it became a tenet of anime watching. I do agree that English dubs nowadays are pretty good, like love is war or saiki K. Genshin's English dub is very hit or Miss, I like Raiden's, venti's, Itto's, etc., but Klee, Razor, Xiao, aren't my favorites.

Hello! I saw this video a while ago and I was so impressed on the different reasons why you should pull for ayaka. As a fellow ayaka main I enjoyed watching this video. She is an amazing unit and honestly one of the easiest 5-star DPS to build in the game. As someone who has played her for a long time now I am sure you will not regret pulling for her at all. Great and comprehensive video, I would just add how well she scales with Constellation, because for some people this is an important factor in the long run. I’ll talk about that. Ayaka, while great at C0, also scales very well with her Constellation (significantly better than most other characters, in particular with C2, C3, C4, and C6 which you can take to all another level by getting Shenhe), so slowly unlocking it re-run after re-run is surely worth. C1: nothing great, the cooldown reduction doesn’t have much use, but it is a stepping stone to the amazing following C levels. C2: great DPS increase against large enemies, and it allows her Burst to do some damage also to the enemies at the sides of the main storm. C3: three more levels for her amazing Burst. C4: allows her to reduces enemies DEF by 30% with her Burst, this results in a big DPS increase for her or any character hitting the enemies after she uses her Burst. C5: more damage with the Elemental Skill. C6: once every 10 seconds, one Charged Attack will receive a 298% DMG bonus. This is incredible and greatly scales the added damage from Shenhe’s Icy Quills. With both the characters, this is basically like having a second amazing Burst every 10 seconds, by just performing a Charged Attack.

alr got her and her sig on her first banner even though i was saving for yoimiya LMAO, i completely threw yoi away and SPEEDRAN 2.0 to lvl 20 sakura and 100% to get enough fates for the weapon banner ive always had a LOT of fun using her!! her gameplay is so fast paced, the way she disappears when she dashes, her satisfying charged attack, her AMAZINGLY OP and quiiiiick ulti?!! UGH! i love quick characters so much frrr and ayaka is perfect for me! her N4C combo is so coool im trying to contain myself from wishing for her c1/c2 bc im saving for c2r1 scara😭

mona was my first 5* too. I've zhongli and getting ayaka as well and I swear his osmanthus wine is so annoying💀😂and now ayaka about her blade as well. but I think I'll get used to it. I literally skipped ganyu for ayaka even thought I had amos bow at that time :') I wish to get ganyu too maybe someday. I need a cryo support for ayaka but I only have kaeya & qiqi leveled up and I don't wanna use rosaria even though I have her. I wish I had diona😭 anyways good luck to whoever is pulling for ayaka😊

The most benefit u get from her is her sprint, once you ayaka sprint you wont be crossing rivers and seas the same
