Hahaha took me a minute too first time. I thought the staff who got shot was a random staff. because the staff suspecting the cop disguising had a deep voice and the staff who got shot was a kid. so I thought the random staff died. the cop swapped the masks with the dead staff and so the suspecting staff got tricked into thinking the staff the cop was posing as died. so he couldnt interrogate him. lol way overthought it

Yes it is a k-drama. They do a very good of making viewers get attached to characters. If you liked this one, another thriller k-drama I recommend is "Psychopath diary". It's less gore but worth it to watch.

The candy is name "Dalgona." Street food sold to children at a local playground, candy made by mixing sugar and baking soda. There are several shapes marked, and it is a Korean game that gives one more dalgona candy for free if you separate it well with a needle to prevent it from breaking.🤓

The candy is called "Dalgona". By melting the sugar and put baking soda in it, you can easily make it. Also, you can put a certain shape on it before it gets cool down just as 16:44. It has been sold especially to the kids during the 1980s and 1990s on the street. If you perfectly pull out the randomly given shape with a needle, you can get one more candy free. Obviously, triangle is the easiest one, and the umbrella is just another level. It is hard to see on the street nowadays, but you can still buy the pack of candies from the market. Interestingly, many coffee shops in Korea have "Dalgona latte" on their menu by putting Dalgona syrup on the coffee just like a cup of caramel macchiato

Im in late 30, there was a honeycomb place near my elementary school. I loved to go there with my friends because the old man who made the honeycomb was really nice and when me and my friends completed carving out the shape he gave me free ones too. I miss that time so much!!

Same thought about the licking technique. That's literally the first thing that came into my mind, and I was so confused why aren't they doing that. It's sugar, literally what it's supposed to do is _melt._ But I thought 'oh maybe it's against the rules' but at the end he started doing it, so I realized, 'oh, he just didn't think of it'.

I think what would stop me from using that technique is that I've broken wafer thin cookies easily. I'd be afraid of applying too much pressure with the tongue. Combined with the stress of the gunshots and the adrenaline, and the psychological effect of trying to obey the vague rules and use the needle....it's not a solution one comes up with easily. My tactic would have been to just nibble around it, but I feel I'd just fail lol.

Chicago has one of the most strictest gun laws. BUT most of the illegal guns that are confiscated in Chicago are purchased and brought over right across state lines from loose gun law states like Indiana. Soooo.... something to think about regarding the effectiveness of gun regulations. You can't exactly blame the gun laws of the first place from having a gun problem if people are just going next door to get guns and bringing it over.

369 aka the guy who got shot & fell down slide is the guy who wrote/directed Squid Game *Edit* Sorry misunderstood an interview, wasn't him. That would've been cool though, he should have done it. The using light & licking the sugar shapes is something that comes direct from his childhood. He said it's he used to win all those competitions😊

She must have said the writer/director tried it first. My daughter worked out from Ep1 the hierarchy with the workers in the pink overalls and masks, "squares" are at the top and the only ones allowed to speak, triangles are the next level down in the middle and the circles are the lowest at the bottom. The shape(s) in this order circle, triangle, square ○◁□ therefore, the original children's game is named as such because the shape of the game board drawn on the ground resembles that of a squid. 🦑 Sugar honeycomb scene - well done "Game 6 Call me Jordan"🏀😂 he must have heard you to lick it from the back, you worked that out quickly - he's a survivor.👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. Poor Seong Gi-Hun picking the hardest task the umbrella ☂️ had us nervous. Jesus. 4th comment on this video... Considering how "in depth" Nasty (Nas T ?) described the details of Number 29, he should be the head of security for that place. Nothing would have happened if he was. 28:10 I really like the fact that Lee is the voice of "Emotion" and Nasty is the voice of "emotionless reason" and both still understand each other perfectly.
