Mikey has already said that he knows Kisaki is suspicious, and Takemichi can't tell Mikey about Kisaki because Mikey is already suspicious of him as well. This deal also allows them to more than quadruple their forces so it makes perfect sense for Mikey to agree to it. Chifuyu promoting Takemichi also gives him way more control of the gang than Kisaki has, so it makes the whole merging safer since Mikey obviously trusts Takemichi more than Kisaki.

Way I see it too is Baji was only sus of Kisaki cause he was tryna get amongst the Toman hierarchy, and for Baji there are only 6 ppl who can belong to that group. So Kisaki tryna weasel his way into that set Baji off. Takemitchy telling this to Mikey would be pointless cause Mikey is already sus of Kisaki but atm he’s able to benefit off of Kisaki. The other info Takemitchy has is from the guy from Mobeius, but Mikey would probably rather believe someone like Kisaki who promised he can get Pah out and ended their war with Valhalla than a rival gang member. And the last piece of info he has is from Draken about Kisaki planning out Bloody Halloween but there’s no way Takemitchy could tell Mikey that cause he would be like how tf do you know this and Takemitchy has no proof apart from what future Draken told him. Honestly, there’s no way Takemitchy can tell Mikey about Kisaki and get him kicked out

What I don't get is didn't Mikey see Baji attacking Kisaki at BloodyHalloween? If he is suspicious wouldn't he put two and two together to know Kisaki could be behind Baji's death? He knows Baji didn't want Kisaki in Toman, or to replace Pah, Baji said so before he passed on. I think Mikey should be more suspicious that things got worse when Kisaki arrived in Toman. I think the only way he would kick Kisaki out is if he found out he is the reason behind Baji's death.

Kisaki went in person to make his head to kill Draken and when Mikey forgives him and lets him back in the gang he still doesn't say shit? takemichi wasn’t the rat, it was chifuyu. in this timeline takemichi had become evil and chifuyu and naoto couldn’t depend on him anymore. so in this time line naoto and takemichi haven’t spoke since naoto was a kid.

Actually to answer your question WARNING SPOILERS ⚠️ • • • So actually chifuyu doesn’t know that takemitchi has time leap powers,, however he does find out when takemitchi meets chifuyu in the park and spills his guts to chifuyu about kisaki and him killing fuyu (cuz he feels so bad knowing chifuyu sacrificed himself and how much of a great friend he is),, chifuyu says he always had a feeling and that mitchy is also amazing cuz of the burdens he’s been carrying,, he accepts takemitchi and says we’re partners and agrees to help mitchy take kisaki down.
