@16:10 they are on "The World Between Worlds". It first popped up in Rebels.....it can basically be used as time travel and teleportation of sorts......So Anakin COULD be a force ghost....OR he could be from a different point in time.
@nightingale8178 Жыл бұрын
Spoilers for Rebels and CW: We dont really know to what extent "time travel" would work here. Yes, Ahsoka did time travel technically but she was in perfect situation to do so. She was seconds before dying and instantly after she got pulled, everything in temple colapsed. She technically died there by every merit (Vader for sure knew something was off but wasn't able to feel her being alive as she wass gone from that time), and Vader being there confirmed it in a sense. Being pulled from there did not had an influence on other lives, on top of that. The Owl (Daughter) also helped with pulling her to WBW, probably. In my opinion, WBW will work more like window to look at different events from past/future, and maybe a teleport to that other galaxy. Well, we will soon see. Honestly can't wait

To clarify a bit, Ahsoka choosing to use a single blade was a smart move since Baylan's strength oriented saber style means it's easier to block/counter attacks by two-handing a single weapon rather than using one-handed blocks with two blades. You'll notice that once she burned her hand she wasn't able to mount a strong enough defense and was pushed back towards the water.

On Sabine’s choice to give the map to Baylon, it’s very in character, especially when considering what’s happened between this and the end of Rebels. It’s likely that Sabine’s mother and her extended Mandalorian family was killed in the Night of a Thousand Tears. Ahsoka seemingly abandoned her, while the rest of Phoenix squad has scattered. Baylan Skoll is very quickly becoming one of my favorite characters in all of Star Wars. It’s genuinely impossible for me to get a read on him. He is bringing Thrawn back which he knows will start a war, but he’s not a true believer in the Empire and he looks like he doesn’t really care about the war either way. Even his fighting style is incredibly different from other Jedi, his stance more closely resembles that of English knights while Ahsoka’s is more akin to samurai. As for the ENDING! As soon as I saw the unusual waves emitting from around Ahsoka I said “no….no, no, no, no, no” and then the camera panned up showing The World Between Worlds and I was silent, until I heard “Hello, Snips” and I teared up at the sight of Anakin just like you guys. There is an excellent KZbin video explaining why Ahsoka only uses 1 blade. It is worth looking up as it explains some of the different Jefi Lightsaber forms. Suffice it to say there are multiple plausible reasons she is only using 1 blade. Just one example though is that she learned a hard lesson from a duel with a powerful 1 lightsaber wielder in the Rebels series. - Edit: Everyone who is hating and mad at Sabine. You have every right to be. But think of it this way. Ahsoka basically told Sabine they would destroy the map. Sabine also realizes she will not get help from the Republic through Hera. As far as Sabine is concerned, she is the only one who has Ezra's interests in mind. Ezra is her only goal and she already found out that the Republic and its vast resources declined to help even investigate a system in their galaxy, they will not approve a rescue mission for Ezra. Ahsoka also showed that preventing Thrawn from returning is her primary goal, even if it means sacrificing Ezra. Ahsoka is not wrong, but in this case, neither is Sabine wrong when her goal does not align with Ahsoka's. We all can justify saying sacrificing Ezra to prevent a war is for the greater good, but we also recognize that sometimes the needs of the one outweigh the needs of the many.

So to give y'all some context, at the end of the episode Ahsoka ended up in The World Between Worlds. It exists to hold together the past, present, and future of the Star Wars universe. In Star Wars Rebels, Ezra winds up there using a portal and saves Ahsoka from an encounter with Darth Vader by pulling her out of that timeline and into The World Between Worlds. It's essentially a time travel plot device, but you can't really change the timeline. Everything that's happened is a fixed point. It sounds confusing because it probably is (I'm lowkey getting confused myself writing this lol) but yea that's an explanation for the end of the episode. It's unclear how both Ahsoka and Anakin magically ended up there but I'm sure they'll explain in episode 5.

So the theory as I understand it is that Ahsoka is using a single saber in these fights intentionally. It’s supposed to be indicative of her two opponents, each of whom she fought 1 v 1 in this ep, being a whole ass problem…especially Baylan, who hits like a freight train. She needs both hands on the saber to meet the power of Baylan’s strikes, you can see how quick she gets pushed back after she gets her hand burned and can only use one hand on the saber. As for Marrok, I think it was her recognition that Marrok was more of a problem than other inquisitors she’s killed. And in those other fights, she ended the 5th brother and 7th sister at the same time, 1 v 2, so she used dual sabers then because that’s better for multiple opponents. And the other inquisitor we’ve seen her kill (in Tales Of The Jedi) she clapped without even using a saber, she flat out took his from him and killed him with it (before purifying his two red kyber crystals to get the pure white crystals she uses in these sabers)
@CvntyPrince Жыл бұрын
You're correct. It's about who and where she's fighting. When she fought against Vader she learned that against people as powerful as him she needs to use one lightsaber. Using 2 lightsabers against such skilled opponents would put her at a disadvantage. And Ahsoka has a very acrobatic and aggressive fighting style, she needs to have space in order to use her fighting style to the best ability and she fought Vader and Baylan in very close, tight areas. Which also puts her at a disadvantage
@cedwarddante4346 Жыл бұрын
what? that's the inquisitor's sabers in "Tales of the jedi"? Where did you learn that?, from what I remembered in season 7 finale of clone wars she left her one saber on the graveyard of the 501st battalion, I'm lost with her sabers' history haha

I don’t know if you guys are planning on watching Clone Wars or Rebels so I’m gonna put a ****spoiler alert**** for the gang and the subscribers. Thrawn did not run away at the end of the war. Ezra actually sacrificed himself and used the Purgill (the giant whale things you see last episode) to basically go into hyperspace with Thrawn and his whole ship and both were considered to have died or just are lost in space (which this series pretty much confirms the latter). Ahsoka is in a place called “The World Between Worlds). We don’t see much of it in the cartoons but if I remember correctly Ezra finds himself in it and it shows us that Jedi or force users can actually travel to the past or the future and he was planning on using it to go back in time to save his master(Kanan, who’s the dad of Heras son, Jason) but ultimately meets Ashoka inside who tells him that it’s to dangerous to change the past or the future and he must keep the “balance” (Rebels fans, feel free to correct me it’s been a while since I’ve seen rebels).

The World Between Worlds, also known as the Vergence Scatter, was a mystical plane within the Force that served as a collection of doors and pathways existing between time and space, linking all moments in time together. 1. So jedi temple discovered location Lothal. Sidious sent Minister Veris Hidan to excavate site. 2. They failed bc ezra unlocked the doorway and went in. There he saved Ahsoka from the past by pulling her into the realm, Ezra as anybody would convinced himself he could change the past with the way this power worked. so he went on to seek/change the fate of his master, Kanan Jarrus. Ahsoka dropped knowledge as one does and Ezra stepped down that they would all be dead without Jarrus' selfless sacrifice. That she understood his pain saying he couldn't save his master, as she couldn't save hers. Ezra learned to let go. He didn't use the gateway/portal. (lesson sabine has yet to learn hmmmm) 3. BUT! It was a ploy, a plot, a trick! by sidious trying to trick/use ezra to pull him through, as it wasn't the doorway for Kanan but his own, and sidious took exception and used his sith magic to forcibly make ezra as an anchor or sorts to access the realm. Ahsoka being a badass and taking on two sith lords master and apprentice back to back in a span of idk five minutes saved ezra and they returned to their own times. Ezra closed the portal and the temple collapsed. Hydan later died in the rubble collapse because he was so fascinated and heart broken that the temple was being destroyed and the knowledge it held was lost forever. So End of the episode she's back in the world between worlds. How and why, maybe next episode.? Far as this anakin many a theories. My favorite is this anakin that killed obi wan killed palps and ruled with padme, alternate timeline aka revenge of the sith game.

Book 1 is actually called Heir to the Empire, 2 is Dark Force Rising and 3 is The Last Command. It takes places maybe immediately after Return of the Jedi movie and its a really good read if anyone doesnt mind slight possible spoilers

Answer for your Thrawn and Ashoka location (could be spoilers depending on if you care for the Rebels story) Thrawn didn’t run away, towards the end of rebels him and Ezra were fighting and got transporte through hyperspace to a different galaxy via the sky wales you saw last ep I think it was, and both thought to be lost or dead due to Ezras sacrifice to stop Thrawn. Ashoka is in a place called The World Between Worlds, it’s basically a limbo world that has multiple doorways to different instances in time, giving whoever’s there the ability to visit different timelines and interact with whoever is inside each door.

IIRC (off a random google rabbit hole some time ago) Ahsoka uses 2 blades as one helps her defend better as the backwards grip she has when holding the second lightsaber allows more area of coverage to defend with little movement vs the 1 blade. 1 blade however gives much more precision and I'm guessing strength. In a fight against multiple enemies 2 blades are likely the better option but 1 blade is I'm assuming is better for duels.

Just can't wait for Thrawn to debut after so many references in multiple shows and episodes. I wonder if they will incorporate Ysalamir that he surrounded himself with.

People are always like "shoot him". Bro, he's a jedi trained in the force and been in the trenches for years. That blast is getting deflected roght back at her. She has the battle knowledge to know pointing that gun at him was pointless.Real world rules dont apply to space wizards 😂 What would shooting the ring accomplish?? All the hyperdrives were protected. Shooting the ring does absolutely nothing

Regards to why they didnt fire on the ring. I believe they as they didn't confirm if their people were on the ship. Also they wouldn't fire unless fired upon first. They would try to communicate first but it looks like they didnt even have time to do that. Ring popped the nas and said peaaaaaace.
