Great questions. I actually do similar videos across a number of makes and models. My philosophy on why that is due to the fact they’re Turkish built and they compete against some other real high pedigree builders.

@@YachtHunter so its not because the build quality is bad, or that its a trerrible boat to own, its just that the competition is , well, competitive.. correct?

Let me ask you a question.. if you had the money, would your put it toward a Vicem?, or another yacht company?

@@ericwheatley1135 depending on the model, but I would be more likely to go towards Grand Banks or Hinckley.

@@YachtHunter Thanks for all of your replies.. very helpful.. Can I get your input on the Hinckley/ Hunter Ocean 62 and the Sabre 66 / should these be on my "short list" / My story is that I had an old Chris Craft 50 footer, x2 440 Chrysler v8 gas hogs, well, it needs a ton of work, wood rot, ect.. I sold it to a neighbor at the marina right before the covid 19 issues.. / so we are looking at yachts, and I like the look of the Vicem classics, sabres, Hinckleys, Grand banks and so forth.. and I really dont know which way to turn.. these are brands that I am learning about, and also learing about the different drive systems, pods, jets, straight shaft (I am used to this kind), so we are just started to look, and on Denison Yacht Sales I found a Vicem 80 for sale, and searched for a Vicem video, and thats when I found your video...
