Yeah, Carnage Kabuto was the one who had a limit of one week. We don't know how long Zombieman can fight and probably very long since his limit is just how fast he can regen and if he cannot regen anymore then he will no longer be unkillable. If he really cannot die then in theory he can fight forever.

It is evident that Muzan's blood, even if it once inhabits the bodies of the oni, is certainly not produced in greater quantities in their own bodies, so it is logical that using too much of their powers they become exhausted. And they would need Muzan to "replenish" them. And Muzan would be the only one without it, since he is the very front of the demons' powers.

Gyutaro destroyed the entire town in the anime as said by gotou and shown in the afterbattle scene even though nezuko stopped the attack with her bda . Douma was 700 weakened because of eating shinobu And performed that feat pretty casually faster than what inosuke and kanao could react to . Rengoku made a train bounce with some slashes he called minor and the databook said that he could do the same with his rushing force . If we are counting the databook then that just upscales the kny verse to a much higher level . The databook compares zenitsu's 7th form to a flash of light . Upper moons can also just straight up absorb biological substances .

Plus he gets hurt constantly and must have better immune system to fight off surrounding bacterias and heal. If muzan injected zombie man with his demon blood than zombie man will simply neutralize it or cancel the effect. Muzan's blood won't work against any strong character with great will Power like it didn't worked on nezuko.

Muzan can use paralysing attack which bypasses durability and then just absorb him. Gyokko can turn zombie man into fish which also bypasses durability. Douma’s BDA is considered a durability neg as well. Nakime removes the sun weakness.

The problem is that Zombie always comes back from the dead (no pun intented). Unlike theUppermoon Demons and Muzan, who have weaknesses to sunlight, special poison and the blades infused with sunlight, Zombieman has never shown any sort of weakness regarding his regeneration. Plus, I doubt Muzan and Upper Moons are even able to absorb or alter him in any way due to his advanced DNA, amazing resileince and downright smart enough to avoid these situations to begin with.

If you consider getting hopelessly rag dolled continuously for 1 week straight without any chance of even inflicting a single counter attack against Carnage mode Kabuto as "fighting", and only able to deal dmg when CK has depleted all of his energy and leaving himself defenseless at 1 hp... Then I guess you're right. lmao Zombieman stated himself that he can't heal from an attack that could turn his whole body into minced meat and that would ultimately kill him. So, if his enemy knew of this weakness and was meticulous enough to completely obliterate every part of him, then it's an easy W for even a demon level monster and above. He only won against Homeless Emperor because of Homeless let his ego run off and started a long ass monologue, giving Zombieman enough time to regen and attack from behind. Also, although Zombieman possesses above human level of physical strength it's far from comparison to even the weakest strength type S-class hero PPPrisoner that can swim thru concrete and destroy buildings with a punch. So another way of defeating zombie man is either burying him deep underground or pinning his body with a massive boulder, completely immobilizing him indefinitely, til someone assists him of getting out of that predicament. I'm more of an OPM fan and love Zombieman, but I agree this isn't close. But, it is most certainly on Muzan's favor.

Muzan lets out his black blood shrambles attack trying to capture zombieman Zombieman barely dodges it "Whoa this guy is fast" says zombieman Zombie man suddenly punches muzan which makes a hole through his torso Muzan feels that he is vastly superior than him in strength Muzan sees that sun is rising in about 30mins, he orders nakime and both fall into the infinty castle, While muzan is a more faster, intelligent and way more experienced fighter, zombieman is stronger better combatent and has a variety of weapons Muzan calls his uppermoons and goes into a cocoon to heal and tranform into his final form Zombie man takes down upper 6,5,4 Zombieman fights the top three moons he kills doma And akaza next and has an intense fight with kokushibo where he kills him by decapitation multiple times until kokushibo remembers his past and lets himself die, Muzan comes out reasy to fight full power in his full form Both approach each other Muzan lets out a lightning attack that paralyses zombieman but he gains back conciousness almost instantly The fight goes on forever Unless zombieman either just tires out after 7 days or he kills nakime and defeats muzan I think chances of muzan losing is like 45% And zombieman losing is like 55% Cause nakime can just teleport somewhere which is like a billion km from the fight. But if she dosent zombieman kills her instantly and wins and if she does muzan wins because zombieman wont fight for more than 7 days.😮

zombie man for sure wins however i do think you downscaled the uppermoons a bit however i agree with the muzan scaling pre hashira rengoku withstood an explosion that destroyed the top of a large building and withstood several more explosions after that he was also easily able to deflect several bullets at once making him supersonic-hypersonic via deflecting more than one bullet at once this was before he became a hashira after he became a hashira we see a non serious rengoku easily cause a train to go airborne with a single step which weighs 500+ tons moreover gyutaro caused extreme destruction even before using his ultimate attack i would say gyutaro is city block level then there is durability even low level demons have necks as durable as large boulders for example tanjiro as a rookie demon slayer could cut a large boulder without using any water breathing forms just base total concentration breathing and he could cut a large boulder but when he tried to cut the father spider demons arm using water breathing he failed even non ranked demons are building level in durability for me this how i would scale uppermoons Gyutaro:city block level Gyokko:city block level Hantengu:city block level+ Akaza:multi-city block level (tanked an attack from rengoku that cause a typhoon the required enery to cause a typhoon is immense and it interacted with the enviroment kicked up dust and knocked back any one near it so it is not just effects) Doma:multi-city block level (he created that statue when he was heavily poisoned and melting he is probably multi city block level) kokushibo:small town level via experience and because he ate way more humans so must be stronger (bullets cannot hurt uppermoons otherwise genya would have been a pretty op character any uppermoon has a neck harder than diamond and kokushibos sword which made of his flesh can easily tank bullets with no damage) Muzan:town level weakened-city level (full power) also important side note you forgot to mention Muzan can summon lightning of his own (i think) and has very potent blood not sure if it would against zombie man but it can destroy cells and prevent regeneration so i think it works but zombie man still wins via outscaling in AP
