Why are we running away from the truth that EFCC goofed on this matter. You're looking for a suspect for over five months and the suspect walked into your facility and say here i am please i am ready to be interrogated. But you kept him in your office four over four hours without attending to him and later asked him to go that you will call for him when you need him. But later lay siege around Kogi State government lodge at Asokoro Abuja shooting guns sporadically wasting bullets that was bought with taxpayers money. No right thinking Nigerians should support EFCC on this unprofessionalism act in handling this matter of Yahaya Bello. This is a man the EFCC chairman openly said that he want him to come through the back door just for him to be interrogated,but here it's the man walked into your office brode day light but stylishly you dodge him and refused to take him in for questioning. It's very unfortunate that some of you are abusing BKO for speaking the truth,must we always hide or shy away from the truth in this country just because of what people will say. As it's now whether anybody like it ir not Yahaya Bello has turn the table of this matter on the EFCC. I believe by now the EFCC chairman and his officials will be using there tongue to count there teeth because of the damage they have done to this matter just to please some vested interest of faceless individuals.

I don't understand this drama, this is what VDM is complaining about, if Yahaya bello could come to EFCC office and they let him go, then, it questions their moral authority in arresting other Nigerians. Also, rather than going to re-arrest him again, they could have simply given him an appointment. They were too busy to interrogate him at their office during the day when came on his own, but not too busy to go and arrest him in night. STDSR

Bello and Ododo knew what they were playing. And EFCC was playing it coy. If EFCC had made an attempt to arrest Yahaya when he appeared at their office, the police and security detail on Ododo's team would have resisted and there surely would have been a fracas. Think of it. Are those policemen and DSS on Ododo's detail not aware Yahaya is a wanted man? Do they require any other legal basis to effect the arrest of Yahaya anytime they sight him, based on the Wanted Declaration of the EFCC which is backed by law? EFCC has its flaws and failings. But in this instance I clearly understand their decision to move the 'theatre of war' from their office to an alternate location. Keep in mind, arresting him from the Logo Lodge would've been a chip they could use for PR.
