I actually was curious to why they had different weighted bowling balls and it turned out that the more heavy the ball the more pins you hit but less control. The easiest way to do it was to pick the Venom Lord, go almost all the way to the left and aim it as much as possible to the middle pin and adjust as slightly as possible
