You can't miss any of them, but when in the story mode, you will need to advance in the story at times before being able to go any further with Majima Everywhere.

Did you have two emails about Majima? From what i've experienced, the cause of this is that you have another Majima event (from maxing a rank) waiting to be done. After you're done with that you just have to fight with Majima once again in the streets and the other event should be available.
