Even though in thug, he has the same animation, I think the same lip syncing as in 0, but it's only when he's doing Hannyaman than he uses the voice lines as well. You know, "Koi yu" or however it's spelt

yes because at this point, kiryu was in prison for 10 years, losing 10 years worth of experience in his fighting abilities, hence why majima fights him, to get him back to his peak
