That's a really cool frame and jackshaft setup, I'd love to see or know more info.... Pipe looks good but without reeds and schneurle porting it would run better with a kx60 or YZ80 pipe. A YZ80 makes like 18HP your kit makes like 4HP😂 try a smaller pipe shorter and smaller around.... Maybe even a kdx80 or a small cc trials engine that would be easy

Thanks, you're right. I got that reedvalve already and looking for a good cylinder match right now. I will probably go with a simson s51 tuning cylinder 90cc. Haven't seen it and lots of parts in my country. Also same headbold pattern/ distance.
