Great post. I love to get the best out of every engine I can get my hands on from my weed eater to small block from the big 3. I made my own flo bench that is pretty crude but it works. A ping pong ball in a clear tube and a vacuume cleaner. For multiple cylinders I have to do all my measurements the same day to avoid differences in barometric pressures. For burr servicing I use "BURR LIFE" from Rio Grande. Use it on files so they stay clean and burrs run a bunch cooler. Great post, I really enjoy'd this.

I like to get my burs from McMaster Carr. If you do, get one for harder metals like iron and steel. They will last longer as long as you keep them cool during use and rust free when you store them.
