They have 17 hp stock, the one I raced was in the mid 40’s with a Vito’s 240 kit, head cut, larger carb, right hand bend exhaust, and other hand bend pipe, porting done by CT Racing, probably the nicest blaster I owned. The right hand bend pipe helps a whole lot because the standard bend has too many 90 degree bends, the right hand bend has much better flow.

Nice to see you put one of Ken's modded BLASTER HEADs on that machine. Dollar for dollar that head is the biggest bang for your buck. I suggested it in my comment on the build video. I hope you have better luck with the wiseco piston than I did. The one in my blaster dropped a ring locating pin and did a number on the head and piston. The one in my RM250 cracked almost in half. After that I switched to wössner slugs. No issues so far. Wiseco quality has gone way down hill. Love your videos man. Keep cranking them out.

I built one, free templates and I had one of those heads, there was a guy doing them, for like $25, u send your head, and cover shipping. You also would run a hot rods stroker crank. And the jetting was was up there with all the mods. I was pulling wheelies thru 3 gears. Had fmf gold series pipe. I had to go with a little lower compression, to handle the head work. There was a very core, blaster group, back then. I felt like so much has been losses and especially for free. I had mine ao ripped, that if rhe humidity changed more then 10%, I had to change jets. Brings back memories.
