Michael I can tell you that mods from Ken O’Connor work I personally know the guy and his machining is A+++ service… I did the same mods on my son in law blaster and it was a beast… you need to test his banshee ports… mine has his templates ports and still going strong in over ten years of use… I’m building another blaster and I was thinking of head mod from him again… I enjoy the blast you’d had after the mods… 🔥🔥🦾🦾

They have 17 hp stock, the one I raced was in the mid 40’s with a Vito’s 240 kit, head cut, larger carb, right hand bend exhaust, and other hand bend pipe, porting done by CT Racing, probably the nicest blaster I owned. The right hand bend pipe helps a whole lot because the standard bend has too many 90 degree bends, the right hand bend has much better flow.

Nice to see you put one of Ken's modded BLASTER HEADs on that machine. Dollar for dollar that head is the biggest bang for your buck. I suggested it in my comment on the build video. I hope you have better luck with the wiseco piston than I did. The one in my blaster dropped a ring locating pin and did a number on the head and piston. The one in my RM250 cracked almost in half. After that I switched to wössner slugs. No issues so far. Wiseco quality has gone way down hill. Love your videos man. Keep cranking them out.

I bought a new Blaster in 1994, I was 31 YO. Put a DG silencer on it, and Boysen Power Reeds. The reeds really woke that machine up. Other than that, it was bone stock. Rode that bike for almost 10 years, never had a problem. I have had many off-road machines before that and since that. While it was not super fast out in the open, the little Blaster was by far the ideal machine in the woods. I scared myself more than once riding it in the woods. lol. There was blaster forum, offered allthe mods about 12 years ago. I built one, free templates and I had one of those heads, there was a guy doing them, for like $25, u send your head, and cover shipping. You also would run a hot rods stroker crank. And the jetting was was up there with all the mods. I was pulling wheelies thru 3 gears. Had fmf gold series pipe. I had to go with a little lower compression, to handle the head work. There was a very core, blaster group, back then. I felt like so much has been losses and especially for free. I had mine ao ripped, that if rhe humidity changed more then 10%, I had to change jets. Brings back memories.

sad to see the original crispy chicken sandwich go. i got my blaster back in 2020 and 13 year old me just tryna learn abt my new machine, stumbled across you and ive been hooked watching your uploads ever since, i was so stoked to see you doin a blaster for top quad i watched them as soon as i possibly could after upload it was the best, my blaster was a piece of work and was quite the clapped out machine lmfaooo, its been a basket case in my basement for well over a year and just this past week i finally got the confidence to finally repaint and rebuild it, just took it for the first ride yesterday and man it was a blast, still clapped out with barely any front breaks and no back brakes at all lmfaooooo, i was thinking about doin some motor work too since this is basically my learning machine ive learned everything i know abt these machines from you and just experimenting on mine, id love to get that blaster head dude im pretty sure mine alr has porting done to it from previous owners but who doesnt want more power. anyways keep up the work man i love the videos
