Yamaha Grizzly 700 EXHAUST TEST. Stock vs HMF Swamp vs HMF Swamp XL

I am trying to decide between the Swamp and the Swamp XL and they both sound pretty good sitting still but I was wondering what they sound like when the quad is moving,as every muffler sounds different under load than at idle could you make another vid of your buddy's quad and your's riding?

Thanks for your help and if it doesn't matter about it being a pipe for a Foreman 500 and the pipes are the same ill order one. Can't really find any other deals as good as that one.

@FOLEY2theTop, Hmf Swamp isn't mine, it is my friend's. You know, when my friend heard the sound of mine Swamp XL, he said that he want this one, too :). I bought Swamp XL at ebay.com, but i don't recommend you buy at ATVgalaxi. I waited it so long... (about 2,5 months.)

Arent you supposed to get some type of filter or something when yiu get a pipe? I've read in other places if you get a pipe it'll increase air flow therefore you need to get something else to compensate. Also, I looked at that site but it all says it's for a Honda foreman 500. Does it matter? Is it the same pipe? I was thinking about getting a k&n air filter when I get my pipe for a little more "pep".

hi, slip on is just a system of hmf. I'd recommend you swamp xl, it has a cool bass sound

hi i have grizzly 550 eps and cant decide which one to buy slip on or swamp xl which one has aggressive sound? which one is better.

Are these just slip on's? or full systems? I actually have a 2011 Grizzly 700 Power Steering and all it has is 3000lb warn winch XT. I'm about to purchase 27XTR's with SS wheels and a K&N air filter and i'm debating on a muffler. I mainly ride by myself and I'd rather stay somewhat quiet if I can but I want a noticeable power increase. Do i need to go with a full system or will a K&N and a Slip on do the job? Thanks for input I think my best bet is a Swamp XL?

@FOLEY2theTop, Hi. Pesonally I like Swamp XL, because it's the noisiest one :). Yea, all of them is slip on systems. By the way, HMF don't make full systems on Grizzly. I think the filter and optimizer will give to you 5-8 hp, or something near it. Without optimizer - 3-5 hp. I have neither filter nor optimizer, but i have felt the small increase (about 2-3 hp). ---> 27 XTR is the best choice of tires, but i won't recommend you ss wheels, because it's much more heavier than stock.

do you have to get your bike retuned after to bolt it on or can you just bolt it on and be goood?

You'll make more power if you do, but not necessarily, with a k and n air filter and and a slip on, you'll need a re tune and you'll get loads more power out of the bikes

@FOLEY2theTop.......I ordered mine off of ebay from a place called southside honda. they are out of Louisiana. Fast shipping and great guys. from HMF racing it was 369 plus shipping plus tax. came out around 400. i got it for 329 dollars from southside honda check em out on ebay
