@@chrisjones5033 I cut the original speedometer bracket to use for the after market one. The emblems came off very easy. There was no tape or glue on mine just 2 screws.

Yeah, I think they all come with dual exhausts. Unfortunately I don't know the brand. I was fortunate enough to get them with a parts bike. The tip is just a $30 ebay brand

@@joelt8887 for me I had to make a jumper to line up the speedo/tach wires to the right ones on the bike. everything on the diagrams seem correct i just had to move some wires into different spots so they match

Thank you! I used duplicolor wheel paint from a spray can. I sprayed it into a small container and used a foam brush to paint it on.

I drilled the stock ones out. About 118 for the main and either 45 or 50 for the idle. It runs rich at idle but rides fine.

I'm not a pro by any means. I wouldn't feel right taking anyone's money. I worked on it for about 6 months, so it wouldn't really be cost effective. It really has to be a labor of love.

I had to roll the engine too move it. Too heavy to lift. Had to do everything on my own. I laid the engine on its side and slid the frame over it.

I'm working on a 750 right now. The wiring harness is a bit diffrent it seems. I'm putting it in a 650 frame and it fits the same way. No specific problems that I could mention. Plenty of problem solving along the way though.

I bought a couple of micro drill bit sets for the jets and made inserts for the pods out of a brass sink drain pipe. I didnt have it tuned properly in the video but it runs great now! Happy to go into more detail if you want.

@@philiphempell1435 the carb jets were stock. I just put the sweat bands on to get it running. Ran ok until about 6k. I've drilled out my jets and have it running much better now.

Kind of a long story, but in short I was lucky because it was out of the dmv system so I just had to make a story about how it had been sitting and the paperwork was lost. Then had to do a chp vin verification

Not in the video. I just partially covered the pods with sweatband to get it running ok. I rejetted after the video though and it runs much better.

Looks good, but it's not a cafe racer. The seat is all you have in that direction.

The gaps between the seat and side panels are ugly as fuk, another classic butchered,not running right either,sputters in high rpm bad coils or bad valve maybe.
