Thanks for the Yamaha MG vids. I just got one for my church, and while I'm pretty well versed in live mixing, I have learned a few tricks that the console can do from you. I didn't know you could split the signal using input A and B like that. It's always fun to learn something new, so thank you.

Thanks for the lecture I have a question, currently in my church we use this same amplifier, my question goes thus since the REC OUT has no level control how can one record with the mixer. Cos when all the instrument and voices are in place the sound will be distorted.

Where should I get the audio output from the YAMAHA MGP24X mixer? all outputs are connected to speakers.. Which output of the mixer can I connect it to and turn the volume down? Thanks for the wonderful Tutorial. My boss always enables the ST button on all channels that are assigned to a group with the gruop to ST button activated therefore sending a double signal to ST to boost the signal. I want to ask if it's a good practice?

Audio mixing is an art just as much as it is a technical process, and everyone has a different approach to making their art. If it sounds good, it is good practice 😁.

There should be a Main out or Tape/rec output on it. Run it out from one of those and into an Audio Interface
