UPDATE: You don't have to install all the Google Play Services files (at least for Avenza), you only need to install one file: www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/google-play-services/ I no longer get Google Play Service errors.

Hey great job, I did something with my key that you might want to do. I took a 4” plastic screw driver bit holder, I cut a slit in it and glued my key in. Now it is so simple to put the key in. Max Daddy

Hello Massive I do want to thank you for all the videos on the Rmax. I hope you can help me with my Adventure Pro it has been giving me a boot error for a little while now, but if you OK it would finish booting and work, I do not know what the error was. Now it powers on but will not go past the Adventure Pro screen and nothing else will display. Any idea what I could try when I connect it to my PC it just says not supported device. Thank you

Try this, except choose reboot. Worst case you can try a factory reset, but then you run the risk of it now automatically reinstalling the software. @@MassiveOverkillThank you for the reply it is out of warranty got it new in NOV-2020. The table is stuck will not do anything but power up. Cannot get screen to do anything, is there a way to force it to move on past the power up screen.

Could I download the Polaris ride command onto the Rmax tablet ? Might be nice to have a bigger screen than my phone.

It won't work because of the hardware limitations of the AP that also limit it to a very old version of Android.

Our new 2022 Rmax2 LE we just acquired doesn't have the key, was It supposed to be on the key ring they give you?

If it's not on the key ring, check in the plastic bag holding your manual/documentation. If you still can't find it, go back to the dealer and get one.

Did they change anything on the adventure pro recent updates? When I pull down from the top corner following your steps I dont get the option to use the usb for data connection. Any tips?

Are you using a PC or iOS? You have it actually plugged into the computer's USB port before trying to access the option?

@@MassiveOverkill thanks for the reply. I have it plugged into my PC via USB. Says its charging on the battery icon as well when plugged in but doesn't give me the option for changing the usb on the adventure pro. Will try to navigate to the website you pinned to download the apk file.

My machine came with the adventure pro, I wish I knew it was a paper weight.. I would have had the dealer remove it and refund the balance. I like my old Ipad mini 3 with a Garmin GPS module and OnX offroad much better.

I love my AP simply for the engine readout. I load an older version of Avenza onto mine for mapping.

I noticed on your Average MPG screen there is an X over the gas can icon. Is this normal? I just noticed mine has an X now but I do not remember ever seeing it before.

If it's not hooked up to the vehicle you'll get that.
