You have missed some points which differs in 5 speed Chain sproket ->teeths Carburetor main and pilot jets and niddle pin Cylinder head assembly

The front Fender is not seems to be original because I have a 2001 model RX135 with stock fenders both and these are very thick and properly finished in edges but yours bike is very thin.

We had been saving the parts from a long time because of which we didn't feel the burden of cost. Normally a 5 speed gearbox and engine covers in good condition should cost you INR 10k

Check with "Zen Engineering works" Kalasipalyam, if they have in stock you're lucky. Including bore, engine condition, carburettor and coil will also matter.
