I watched this so many times I've lost count. Fingering is perfection. Emotion in each piece is breath taking. I thought about purchasing this guitar but thought it would just end up on a wall with a few other guitars in my collection. After hearing your performance here I went out and purchased it and play it constantly. It took a surprisingly short period to adjust to the lack of a full body...I really thought it would take longer. When I perform I sometimes pull this out and play one or two pieces on it; audiences love it (probably more for the novelty of how it looks than the sound). Again, this has to be one of the best videos on KZbin. Bravo.

Sergey Kadyrov, THANK YOU very much for your kind comment☺️ I just try, what every serious musician should do: to make music, NOT only playing notes from the sheet... Was there any special piece which was more attractive (personally to you), than the others played here? THX and Greetings from Germany Uwe
@piano1484 жыл бұрын
Uwe Loewer Well, the first two are certainly very memorable; but I think it all works great together as a single piece; the order seems just right.
@UweLoewer4 жыл бұрын
Sergey Kadyrov, Thank you for sharing your opinion. This is very interesting because the first two pieces are probably the most known. There are lots of interpretations, and it is difficult that the way you play is not only average, but different, maybe "special". I'm far from being a “professional”, I'm just a simple casual player. But making music yourself brings relaxation, distance from stress, reflection on feelings and peace. If it adds to the joy of others, it is all the more beautiful. and more valuable. Once again many thanks!

But be sure to hear with good earphones, or on your HiFi at home, NOT on smartphone or tablet speakers.....or you will lose a lot of sound details: kzbin.info/www/bejne/iGiYiYKqnJhpaJI Thx for watching !

Thank You! If I may suggest, at this time, I would recommend the new Model Yamaha SLG 200n, even better Sound and more natural bass string sound, and more intense overtones /flageolets, as a result of the new SRT Modeling Sound Amp technique. You'll have the possibility of adding /mixing the real (recorded) Sound of a normal wooden Yamaha Classic guitar, to the pure (but nevertheless good) piezo System, with an amazing result... You are invited to listen to my example of Erik Satie's "Gymnopédie No. 1" here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/iGiYiYKqnJhpaJI THX again for watching!

Hello, thank you for your kind contribution. Many life tasks and events have prevented me from posting guitar videos on KZbin in the past. I plan to record another guitar piece this year and post it on KZbin. Part of the music, the orchestral accompaniment, has already been recorded. Now the guitar solo has to be recorded. Finally there is a video as background. It will take some time, but something will definitely happen! Thank you very much and warm greetings from Germany. Uwe

I'm so thrilled having just ordered the SLG200N; sounds fantastic, it's exactly what I need; (I can always justify the purchase, when I NEED it!!!.) So what do I get for my money; I'll tell you; The voice of a very expensive, "Top of the range Yamaha guitar" Plus a recording using a £1500 Mic and also using a "Best cable" of about £350. quality and finish. All with a very high quality Built Well, I've bought mine, Don't wait, do it now - it's truly fantastic. Well. that's why I bought one, however, delivery is Oct.

Hi papa kirana, Thank you for listening! I already got my new Yamaha SLG200N a few days ago, and it's fantastic!. On one hand the exact wonderful sound of the Yamaha SLG130nw (via pick up), and on the other hand the beautiful mixable sound of an acoustic Yamaha Guitar via SRT simulation 😊, with great variety of mixing fine tuned effects👍 In a few days I will publish "Gymnopedie No.1" by Eric Satie, played with the Yamaha SLG200N..... Thank you for watching! Greetings from Germany Uwe
@gabrielbaker57459 жыл бұрын
Uwe Loewer did you find much difference between the 130NW and the 200N?
@UweLoewer9 жыл бұрын
Hi Gabriel, as far as I noticed, the difference between Yamaha's SLG130nw and SLG200n ist not "much", but noticeable. 1st, the fret board of the SLG200n is 2mm smaller, IMO easier to play especially with barrée cords, and for People with smaller hands. 2nd, the new Sound design of the SLG200n with SRT technique minimizes the disturbing "plock-plock" noise of the piezo pickup, which is often heard by playing near the guitar bridge. If you mix the SLG200N piezo pickup with about 40-50% SRT-setting, the piezo impact vanishes. 3rd, the use of about 50% piezo/SRT mix, concerning the bass strings, will provide a real good sound as coming from a real guitar body with all its resonance 4th, this technique provides noticeable more and better overtones (flageolett), als you may hear at the end of "Gymnopedie No. 1" in THIS Video of mine kzbin.info/www/bejne/iGiYiYKqnJhpaJI played with my new SLG200n. IMO, the best sound will be provided by mixing piezo pickup plus 40-50% SRT.... Try it..
@gabrielbaker57459 жыл бұрын
+Uwe Loewer thanks for that. I'm only a beginner so was thinking of going for the 130nw as it's significantly cheaper now, compared to the new 200n.
@UweLoewer9 жыл бұрын
Hi Gabriel, That's amazing, because in Germany, the SLG130 (€ 699) is still more expensive than the SLG200 (€ 649) That's the price of Germany's biggest music store www.thomann.de. Perhaps it also delivers to you. Just ask via "contact"....
