Yamaha WR 125 Malossi 180cc kit First start and ride

Im enjoying the malossi kit so far, pulls very nicely compared to the 125

Hey, i know this is really old video but did you do anything else to the bike? Or does all stock parts work well with the Malossi 180cc with malossi fuel map.

Hey all stock is fine, u just have to get the fuel injection control box, so it injects more fuel to the bigger cylinder

i cant get mine to start what are ur settings please also what map u select . can u let me know using clock reference ..so low 5 oclock ect ect thanks

i use the third map, in the beggining of this video i had map 0 and it didnt run at all as you can see. low mid high set to 0, but you can check the sparkplug color and fine tune it

Domo thanks . im thinking head gasket is damaged very hard to start up when start runs fine but temp light comes on

i am looking at radiator upgrade or bigger fan .. i dont think standard can handle 180 kit . when my bike runs it amazing hehe front lifts very easy malossi kits are very good if no long lasting damage

how long until the coolant temp light lights up ? You probably have faulty coolant thermostat.Its on the right (throttle) side of the bike and there is a hose coming of it. Dont ride the bike like that its gonna seize up. Mine doesnt get overheated... But that doesnt solve the difficult starting
