Hi Andy this was brilliant to see and how I felt when mine started a few weeks ago when I got it. Isn't it amazing how childish we (me too) get with the throttle and how good it feels to hear the noise. When I remove an exhaust system from a bike or car I can't resist starting it, bangs and flames everywhere, happy days. You mentioned to me you were into Land and Range Rovers, great hobby, after having a P6 3500 in the early 80's I loved that engine. I sold the car but bought an engine and made a frame up operating the twin SU's with a throttle from a 250 Suzuki the flames shot out about 3 ft from the twin manifolds, we used to fall about laughing watching it vibrate around the yard. I don't know what my old man did with it. I was always on the look out for a Jag V12 engine as its a masterpiece, but guess what got a V8 with twin SU's about 3 weeks ago for £50. Still growing up at her 60

My father had a series two Daimler Double Six Vanden Plas which I rebuild the heads on. I’ve worked on a number of V12 Jags over the years. Fantastic car.

Set them all on one carb so they are balanced then swap to the other carbs or use Morgan Carbtune

where did you buy your exhaust system? I also have an xs 1100 eleven special. Been watching your videos and I want to do something similar to what your doing. Well, not the same but cafe racer style
