Even in the city it's gonna get dust and grime all over the battery and pod filters. Such a simple thing to do to add a rear fender to protect everything important but I guess "show bike" aesthetics are more important

Hmm, you used 10W40 in this video. In my book it says to use 20W40. I couldn´t find any so I use 20W50. Would you recommend using 10W40? It is more common in most other motorcycles but since this one is air cooled im not sure.

well i have an dirtbike i do wheelies on it on asphalt and have off road tires and you can hear them loudly if you go fast and they wear out real quick i dont recommend these tires for daily road use or far road use only for little bit and then hitting dirt

the donor bike stood in an old woman's garage for 15 years and no longer worked, should it stand idle for another 15 years or should we bring it back to life and back to the streets?

@@crookedmotorcycles6204 You clean the carbs change the fluids and the filters and a unique piece of time long gone rides again. Be trash in 5 years, as a working example of a motorcycle from 40 years in the past it would've retained some value Your bike, you have every right to do what you want with it, pipe wrap and all.

@@STUDIO-514 Yes, hopus is right. The pod filter does not restrict airflow the way the stock airbox does, so the carb likely needs to be rejetted .
