YAMAHA XS650 CHOPPER TUNE-UP | 700cc Hoos Racing

A short video of my friends XS650 Bobber he completed 2 years ago. The bike has been put on mothballs because he has built a Yamaha SR500 street tracker and a Harley Sportster chopper. In this video he has rebuilt the top end of the engine.

I have a 1981 650 with a 2 to 1 exhaust and pod air cleaners the the mikunies. . timing is good .. I have 142 jets. I turned the fuel screw to 3.5 turns ..now I have one really rich cylinder and one really lean cylinder by looking at the spark plugs.. I've done alot of research and rebuilt the carbs about 100 times ..please help

Nice Chop! How dangerous do you think it is running with the suicide clutch and no front brake? Do you get used to it after a while? What if you find yourself on a hill? I want to do an XS650 build with the suicide clutch but I'm not sure about no front brake. Any advice?

This is my buddies bike. The suicide clutch with no front brake I personally find it to be pretty sketchy. My buddy runs no front brake for the look. If it were my bike, I'd have a front brake on it.
