Question for you. How did you wire it in for power? Did you need to fuse it and if so, what size fuse did you use?

You never hit two hammers together like that, ask any machinist. Use brass

Looks good! Love the bike. Just one question. Why drill a hole in the bracket for the master cylinder?

Seems like a helluva a lot of hassle when you can just order direct fit OEM style gauges from Summit for less that are plug and play…

You only need one person with the proper valve spring compression tool. They're relatively cheap at Harbor Freight.

So I have question, did the Square body ever come from the factory with a spare over the fender, I had one, A first year Square body with one, and I'm sure it wasn't custom as at the time it was just an old truck, when I search the web yours is the only pic I find of one

I think I had the plastic shim facing the opposite way when i put my m8000 back together. Something was just very slightly off and i thought that it would all pull together when i tightened the bolts, but instead it cracked the gear housing. A new one was $130 online.

Your lucky. I have to dust off the mig welder to rebuild the cavernous rectangle the previous owner cut into the dash. Did the same to the bezel so I bought a new one.

Question my door keeps sticking where I can't open from the inside or outside handle. I have to take a screw driver and push the locking claw to open the door from inside the door. any idea what would cause that?

This brings back memory of my late dad he had a 70 van and tried so hard to teach me how to drive that van, and I just couldn't get it. And I was a pro at driving a 5 speed and 6 speed manual tranny. I'm also a good motorcycle rider. Now that I watch your video, I am confident I can drive it. You are a very good teacher. I am going to try and find me one of those vehicles just to show my late dad I can do it. I know he's in heaven watching, knowing my dad he would probably be laughing, saying I knew you could do it son. Thank you very much for this video.
