If yami somehow gets a magic artefact to store mana then he for sure could protect a whole country by himself, maybe might be a little harder since Yami has by nature a lower mana pool but is Yami,he can surpass his limits

I think asta has two devil's in his position. Hear me out, if asta's father was a devil,there is a possiblility that asta didn't inherit ntg from him and was a human but because of his mother's powers his mana was drained and he was on the verge of death, so to save his life, his father asked his mother to seal him inside him and because of this asta ended up without no mana and because she didn't want the same thing to happen again she gave him up. I think that headband he wears is something that belongs to his father and that would have explained why his name is asta because his father was actually astaroth and she named him asta in late memory of his father. I think there is a condition to be meet far asta to harness his power and that explains why asta has four horns when he transforms. The grimore is also getting cleaner because liebe is reaching his limit so asta father power is starting to manifest. I think his grimore is going to be like charmy or mars with two different type of magic but we will see further down while the series advance.

He’s Wizard King level but I still think he’s not at Julius level yet. It’s like Hokage, their strength varies drastically but each one met the battle prowess needed for the position. Basically Yami’s current power level is sufficient to be a Wizard King, he’s probably stronger than some of the past Wizard Kings already but not at Julius or Lumiere level yet.

@@Black_Guy I think they are fundamentally different because from what I’ve seen so far, a rune letter user doesn’t have enhanced magic senses and rune letter doesn’t improve your mobility like being able to fly. So far for me mana zone is still better generally because we’ve only seen a little about rune letters, but it would be godly if both mages can use that.

Thus, the mage can gather together and utilize more magic than they would be able to normally, so mana zone is both good in offense and defense as it also sharpens the users senses
