In case you missed any front view of certain moves in my previous back view video, you can find it in this video. It was a bit tricky to pivot and to balance on the slanted rocky beach, but I'm glad I was able to film this video in early March. Let me know in the comments, which view do you prefer to learn Tai Chi: back, mirror or front?

Each has its advantages, but I find back view to be a bit less confusing than the other views.

Beautiful movement Jenny Lu. Thank you. I recently took a Tai Chi class, and am now looking for examples on KZbin. I am fascinated by the subtle variations in Tai Chi movement between practitioners. The variations have to do with precise body positions and the timing and flow of movements. It's almost like the infinite variety of Christian denominations, and when and if you should kneel down at specific points during the worship service. 🙂

Thank you for your kind words! Tai Chi truly is a beautiful practice. It gives each practitioner the opportunity to experience the flow of qi within and all around them. Enjoy your journey ☯

Thank you - the more videos of this form the better. Requires LOTS of practice!

I appreciate seeing front as well as the back view. Thanks. Can you share the name of the piece of music that you used? It is beautiful.

I’m glad you appreciate the front view too. The song is called “Orbit”. You can see the song’s detail in the description under the video. Glad you like it 🙂
