Speaking of commercialism, I also miss the “old” feeling of Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. I’d like to see them bring back some music shows in Pigeon Forge like the Opry. And would love to see more old style mountain music in Gatlinburg. Too many expensive attractions in both towns now !

Hey will & Dawn. Cold Creek IS HOME to alot of people.We are residents there.. the side yall showed facing Casey's. Way on end bottom by pool and shed that's our unit #131.. our complex holds 311 rooms only 2are available now. That's inside outside units. owner is remolding everything and all.few places that weekly or bi weekly and monthly rentals.. We saw use be anybody can stay.But after the fire. Is when thongs changed cleaner much quieter and no drama. We only over here in Cold creek since Oct last yr and I'm relaxed. Hope yall has a great day
