I have the 7 horse model. I haven't done this yet. It looks very difficult to get too. You made it look easy.

I am not familiar with the 7hp model, but I imagine that the access space make all the difference. Best of luck

It looks similar. Looking at mine the pulley for the belt is going to be a bitch to maneuver around. Thanks for the video because it looks very close to mine. The little 7 hp pushes a 27 foot Bristol around and does a good job.

thanks so much for making the video, it helped me replace mine. I used a little glycerin for lube.

What is the impeller serial number? Is it johnson?
@franklinrwful4 жыл бұрын
Looks like you have removed the alternator flywheel to get at the impeller pump. How did you do that?
@colinporteousguitar29274 жыл бұрын
No, the flywheel remained in place.. was easy enough to work around it.

Thanks, looks pretty easy, hardest part is tight quarters!

Please use a ring spanner or a socket to avoid slipping of the head of the bolt etc...

Did you lube it?
@colinporteous9 жыл бұрын
+jerseyviewerguy No I didn't, but I have never had a problem with the blades, when I replace they have always looked as good as new!

Dude you need to invest in a proper gasket scraper!
