I disagree, I'd prefer he didn't play dumb with businesses. If he does it with Police and PCSO's that's okay, because if he traps one of them into unlawfully doing something he can effect some positive change with litigation, but the general public are very uninformed and it's better to go into those conversations honestly imo. Otherwise it's just about clicks and trying to get a reaction.

Being a good auditor takes a lot of work and dedication, you must learn the laws you are pushing (you don’t have to let the people you are dealing with know) so that you don’t cross the line. I have seen some really outdated peolpe in UK, beliving that they own the land they use, just like the "high class" people tougth in the middle ages.. In developed parts of the world we laugh at your ancient class divided system, where the people with money is led to belive they can own land, and sometimes even people, just like ancient people belived back in the middle ages..

1:12 Sign at entrance tells all visitors to go to reception. 1:48 The car parking lot he is standing at when the guy working there intercepts him is the visitor car parking lot. At 2:14 the man is walking up to him, there is a red sign "Follow Walkway to reception" Yet the man working there gives him grief for walking down that path. He is a visitor, that's the right path for him to be on. At 6:00 he is asking him condescendingly if he would wander around other business. He is not wander at all, he was following exactly what the signage is showing him to do. What is wrong with people.

@@leighhughes8296 They show a total inability to think or reason in a rational manner. The helicopter we saw on the footage may well have had video cameras capturing ground footage yet they can't reason that drone footage is no different....buffoons.

Helicopters need permission from the CAA to be flying in any instances, and they will need prior permission to film businesses... The drone however, is governed slightly differently, whilst they technically all need to be "registered" in various ways, a drone can be flown over a business without prior permission so long as it weighs under 250 grams, so long as it doesn't interfere with aviation or infrastructure ...... Curiously, the "channel operator" uses a drone weighing in at 249 grams, almost as if to invite conflict, in the knowledge that he's gonna be OK with his "toy" drone... The risk isn't a criminal one from the drone flight, merely civil. The issue with the police, will be when he pushes his luck too far, and pisses them off once too often, whereby he'll be arrested for some kind of antisocial behaviour or public nuisance offence....

I also like the way you move the drone to follow the course - like it’s just part of their machinery and not controlled by a drone at all. It reminds me of footage of those shipping loader robots they use in super ports. I think it’s because you mostly stay at one height. Did you do a course?

8:18 It's lawful to fly a drone over his back garden. How would the pilot know that his wife is sunbathing nude until they fly over. What they do when they see it is key. If they continue then they haven't done anything illegal. If they hover and zoom in then they are breaching her reasonable expectation of privacy. But if she doesn't notice the drone then it's just the personal morals of the drone pilot as to what happens with any recorded video. If she does notice and runs inside, then she's created her privacy. As to what she can do subsequently - basically nothing. The drone is no different to if a hang glider flew over her garden at 500' or a light aircraft at 1000'

Built up area 1500 feet in aircraft...but...I defy anyone to make a judgement from the ground of flyover height agl, used to be that if they could note your under wing reg letters you were to low, but i know of at least 2 examples where they used binoculars( both complainers visible on airview pics) I made 5 orbits over a marina and got reported by a person living on a hill just on the edge of my orbit so they had plenty of time to grab binocs. Never did 5 again 2 is enough I now say.
