Today we are going to talk about mistakes I see at Yard Sales or mistakes I see myself. I figure most of us have about 2 months left in the yard sale season, let's give our best effort.

My mistakes are too many to list. 😆😆😆 Best tip in the whole video. Always buy something from the kid tables. Lemonade, tea, Kool-Aid, Cookies, art, or their personal toys and trinkets. Whatever they are out there hocking, throw a couple of bucks at them.

Great video, Chris! I constantly pick up ridiculous things I think are cute but I'll be unloading 90% of my inventory before I move (what doesn't sell on eBay goes to the flea market and what doesn't sell there gets donated) so I can start fresh after I'm settled in KY 😉

I have to admit. I've been a Negative Nancy when it comes to Jordan's. With all the vero talk, I just don't look at them.

I could understand that. For the record, I have never listed a pair of Jordans on EBay. I’m not much of a shoe person as it is so unless they are cheap, I usually leave them. Thanks for watching

Good video. Along with don't be chatty: *do* keep your ears open. You can overhear all sorts of useful intel like things they haven't put out yet, nearby unlisted sales, etc
