you guys got some awsome scores the measuring device is a grade rod for a transit the side i saw is in enigeneers rule very simple 10 inches to a foot treat it like money. i will bet the other side is in inches

Crazy that very checkbox and stove was for sale last year. At that house everything was 80 and I discovered it at the end of the day after. I'd spend on our money. We drove by on saturday and they were just setting it back out for forty

Great scores! I believe that measuring device is an old school surveying tool. Mostly for road construction. My dad had one. He was a Wisconsin DOT Engineer.
