Whazzup homeboy? Idk what the guy was talkin about yesterday. I heavily overseeded mine and my neighbors yards w Jesse's blackout rye n fescue this summer. Zero weeds, zero poa. Our lawns were dark af too.

Yeah, except where you live you don’t get winter weather. Here in the Midwest we get ice, snow, temperatures hovering at 9 to 19 degrees. Brrrrr ! Our lawns turn brown and go dormant and nothing we can do about it.

LOL, "do I have have enough gas I'm getting old guys!" Sitting in my recliner watching you mow because it is sunny and -5.55 c / 22 f here.

You use liquid spray, and it will be absorbed threw the grass instead of the roots. My dad always put down grass seeds on top of the snow when it snowed because as the snow melts it draws the seed into the soil. He been doing that for 50 years. I do not know how he learned that. I been doing that now for 30 years and it works. I found a bag Scotts Grass Seed in my dad's shed and the date on the bag was 1995 so I took down to some property I own and spread it out on some bare spots, and I cannot believe it grew.

Love this! Old school unorthodox way of lawn care and it worked for him and now you! Def a cool version of "Dormant Overseeding" 😊🤙🏾 ah yes the vintage 1995 Scotts I'll take a bottle 😂😂😂🤙🏾

You need to invent a worm castings pick up device. Also, if this year you turn the same as lebron, wouldn't you do that again next year?
@YardBrah17 сағат бұрын
😂 I laughed hard at this 😂 and yes I am working on little inventions here and there I have so many sketches for lawn tool products... just need to find time to get them in production 😊🤙🏾

please let me know when you figure out the worm castings, lol. I keep my lawn around 0.4inch and its brutal. I also cant pick them up like you are doing because I use the Husqvarna automower (w/ fairway kit) and the tires run them over. Need to figure out how to kill these damn worms....

Could It be that your lawn has too much moisture and therefore you have that issue? Might need to reduce watering
@YardBrah17 сағат бұрын
Yes unfortunately it just rains too much my dude... that is def the problem though easier to move around up top when it's super moist 😂🤙🏾
