[YARG] Solo F Hard Anti-Ghosting FC

I've coded HMX-style anti-ghosting (ignores ghost inputs below held frets) into YARG, the main goal is to have it feel like GH2DX (but with the current, CH-style timing window).
This FC was achieved with this setting enabled; it should be available (and toggled on by default, hopefully) in the next YARG update.

i compiled the latest version off of git version 0.10b has them if i recall correctly (github.com/EliteAsian123/YARG/releases/tag/v0.10.0b) worst case scenario, if anything you can just follow the build instructions and make your own
