I absolutely love blanket yarn and I can't wait for the bag video. The calico yarn reminds me of candy corn. Love it. Also love all the different watches you wear. I've seen that yarn at Joanns and they do have some pretty colors but my thumbs weren't very happy with me the last time I tried to make a blanket out or Bernat Blanket yarn in July. Wal-Mart has Bernat Blanket yarn for $7.97 for the big ball which is considerably better than the Yarnspirations price!

Hey... Took your advice.. Bought the Lion Brand... Roving yarn sparkle.. It is incredible.. I'm following a KZbin V stitch tutorial shawlett.. It is lightweight.. Great colors.. Uniform stitches.. Thank you for the recommendation that you really like it. I also would recommend it for a lightweight soft shawl.. Hat.. Cowl..

Nice that they sent you yarn. They really appreciate how much you’ve done for Hat Not Hate and Shira made sure to thank you with yarn. She thanks you all the time on the Shi Show. On Lion Brand it says it’s enough to make a 42” x 42” crochet throw. Too much bigger would be pretty heavy so a nice lapghan maybe. 💕

Oh I love the blanket yarn. Crystal you can make hats out of that for it doesn't take much. Those hats are so soft for I have made many of them. That color Astro is gorgeous. They are so warm. You can crochet a hat in a couple hours.

I've crocheted simple afghans using the HDC stitch for my family. My kids & grandkids love them.because they are so soft and squishy yet warm. They are a nice wrap and bundle up afghan. It crochets up quick and makes great gifts. I've not used this yarn, but Bernats. Using 4 balls of Bernat makes a nice size afghan covering a full size bed.

Very big yarn and pretty colors I've never tried blanket yarn it looks tough to work with.and the thought of yarn barf. yikes! that would be horrible to untangle.thank you crystal for your review on that yarn I prefer three weight yarns and 4 weight I've never tried anything else that's what I'm comfortable with right now but maybe down the road I'll try the thicker yarns.

I’m loving your t shirts lately! I’ve found that half double crochet works up quite nicely, I keep it close by & do a little work on it when between projects & not sure what I want to do next. Mine was bought from Aldi on line, it’s great for toddler blankets it’s so easy to wash & dry. Toddlers are such little muck magnets.
