No real Christian believes that the poor are fundamentally good. Jesus never taught that. There are examples of both rich and poor who are virtuous.
@RunesandReapers7 ай бұрын
What do you mean? "Jesus looked around and said to his disciples, “How hard it is for the rich to enter the Kingdom of God!” 24" There is obviously more to it but the Disciplies say they gave everything up to follow him. I mean it's a clear indicator that Christianity requires quite a bit of financial sacrifice.

@@RunesandReapersex: When the even was come, there came a rich man of Arimathaea, named Joseph, who also himself was Jesus' disciple: 58 He went to Pilate, and begged the body of Jesus. Then Pilate commanded the body to be delivered. 59 And when Joseph had taken the body, he wrapped it in a clean linen cloth, 60 And laid it in his own new tomb, which he had hewn out in the rock: and he rolled a great stone to the door of the sepulchre, and departed. -Matt 27:57

This analysis is flawed. 1)Japan and Germany were defeated prior to the 1949 adoption of the Geneva convention. Warfare not conducted to those norms results in being an isolated pariah state in front of judges at The Hague. Which is already happening. 2) In addition there are soldiers in Gaza who view Palestinians the same way Cabinet minister Ben Gvir and extremist settler Moshe Sharvit do and much of the world believes they are targeting innocent civilians, the press and humanitarian aid workers. You can’t control them and they won’t stop. There will continue to be incidents that increase the calls for war crime prosecutions from the international community.

Yaron doesn't challenge anything. I know Yaron and his opinions well. Only Catholics have a 'controversial' and correct view on the Land of Israel. We Catholics know that Israel belongs to us.
