Sir all your videos are very knowledgeable for common people. Thank you sir 1) I have been suffering from stomach problem for more than 10 years. I have to go many times toilet for fresh. My motion generally comes loose with gas in morning and it continues till evening. 5 to 6 times a day. 4 times before 4 pm. Then it become normal.May be I am suffering from Mild diarriha. Also have gas problem. 2) Whenever I am in hurry like to catch bus or train or getting late or have fear like office call, before exam viva, suddenly stomach started paining and sudden urge to go for motion and my motion comes very loose. 3) Also After eating eating things, sudden urge comes to go for motion. Please suggest medicine according to my symptoms.

You had explained very well sir. My doctor is taking Rs. 550 for 3 to 4 minute and wasting our 1 to 2 hours for long que and give some tablets withouts explaing much more regarding IBS. His focus is only mediclinal treatment and making money and not to explain what exactely IBS. His written medicine will definately hepls but not cures 100%. You had explaided very well. But pehle jaisa bathroom turant aur jor ki lagi hai waisa bilkul nahi hota. And ab bathroom ko control bhi kar sakte hai pehle control nahi hota tha jab thak bathroom nahi gaya. I think i am totally cure now without medicine.

I m also having the same problem since three years and tried everything but again problems resurface. At present i m taking aloe vera juice . After meals i take patanjali gashar churan, and ginger powder tea , and when i get acid reflux then half teaspoon baking soda with water empty stomach two hrs after meals and dont eat anything for 1 hour after soda . Whenever u eat anything have something warm to drink just half cup to help you digest. This problem is there because of intestinal worms and parasites so try to avoid sweets . Time to time take something bitter like carrom seeds, neem tablets etc. I m not cured but on the way to recovery,try to keep ur bowel clean . This disease has ruined me completely but i m not giving up. Working on improving my immunity but perseverance will help you sail through. Never take bitter foods on empty stomach as the ulcers get aggravated. I take green tea ginger tea etc. along with honey .Yes recently i have added ground jeera,fennel seeds and some mishri to calm my irritated stomach . Its helping a lot. I hope it helps
