Yasir may ALLAH guide him whom I see on a very regular bases in Plano TX. Has also proclaimed who yajou a majouj are possibly zombies according to a similar “ optimistic person” “ he is the resident scholar” at epic! Wallahi many brothers NO longer pray behind him on Thursday fajir prayer! And Wallahi you see him enter and leave in MOST occasions and no one even talks to him! Our true scholars rahimahum Allah don’t get a second alone as people flock to them at every moment they can! This man was on a very nice path when he started out know he mixes truth with falsehood and on controversial issue will NEVER give you a clear answer! Of course studying and becoming the men they are seeking to marry! All the people commenting that YQ is a reformist and that rami shouldn’t bring on people like him are exactly why episodes like this need to exist. You can’t just be deaf and blind to differing opinions than yours if you want to unify Muslims. And that is what face2face supplies for Muslims all throughout the spectrum of beliefs. All YQ has said is that to preform the actions that are practical. Establishing a khilafa isn’t easy and the early Muslims were able to do so because of the prophet SAW, who was a unifying force. So be practical while also trying to do what’s best for the Muslims.

@@adeebulhafiz7348 you are way too emotional about this. Throughout history the followers of shuyukh caused disturbances. Shaykh Uthman disagrees with some things that Shaykh YQ says just like I’m sure Shaykh YQ doesn’t agree with everything Shaykh Uthman says. This is how it’s been since the death of the prophet saw. We all still go back to the Quran and sunnah that’s what matters we agree on 95% of things but there will always be differences because believe it or not everyone doesn’t think the same like robots. Allowing conversations between differing ideas with mutual respect will help us unite. Even shaykh Uthman said you can’t just say “I follow me because I have the right idea” everyone believes that about their ideas. But using the Quran and sunnah we can cast out falsehood and find the truth. You can’t be scared if you truly believe what you believe in is the truth.

As a layman stick to listening and not takfiring shuyukh who have more knowledge than you. Let the shuyukh talk and we as laymen should allow them to extinguish falsehood.

No wonder eventho there are 2 billion Muslims and counting, the ummah is weak to fight against oppressions and transgressions , from the minute to major ones. I mean Palestine and its people have United the ummah like never before in the 21st century. And inshallah the ummah will be united when the Mahdi comes. All of us have to keep trust in Allah SWT plan. After all he is All- Knowing and All- Hearing. About dr. Yasir qadhi I haven't been exposed to his secularist views, tbh i Iove to listen to his lectures, especially the seerah of the prophet. So it sucks when PPL speak ill of him or go as far as to slander him, but i get where they come from. No one wants Islam to become like Christianity, a religion where they can just pick and choose what they want to believe, all in the name of 'liberalism'. But I don't like slandering muslims for a view or opinion they have, I don't really know what they have within their hearts, only Allah does. If someone has views that go against Islam, we have rebuke him/her and make dua that he/she changes those views.

This man is a bag full of blessings. The majority of the people who accuse him of reforming Islam, white washing Islam and so on have not themselves invested time in dwelling into his detailed lectures and formulating a balanced opinion but rather are merely parroting certain online critics who themselves aren't deeply rooted in Islamic knowledge but are a merely shallow and childlike in their outlook and criticism. That's the issue, instead of critically thinking and investigating matters by themselves some just blindly take in whatever YQ's critiques spew. And even if we disagree on many matters, are we not among ahlus sunnah and contributing to overall dawah efforts? I think the most effective way to create change is by delivering the message clearly and simply. We shouldn't have to compromise our beliefs and values to gain power. Spreading Islam is the most effective method, and as you mentioned, some Muslims also need guidance (dawah).

I love Sheikh Yasir Qadhi wisdom and i hardly understand those people who because they disagree with some of his opinions try do discard him from the Muslim source of knowledge. Yasir Qadhi is a Muslim who has profond knowledge of his deen that doesn't mean he doesn't make mistake or he can't have some wrong understanding of some aspect of the deen like all Sheikh can have. But those mistakes won't disqualify him from teaching the deen.

Have you noticed this fired shaikh (yasir) never have any opinion or knowledge of truth, for every subject in Quran that we thought we knew, he came up with many versions to confuse us and at the end he say "I don't know", what a joke. Based on my research the reality is that he is a brit/zionist who as a fake muslim engineer "Opened the valve and gassed the Indians" as his initiation to zionism and later was awarded the title of shykh. On December 2, 1984, a toxic gas leak from a Union Carbide Corporation (UCC) pesticide plant in Bhopal, India killed an estimated 3,800 people and injured tens of thousands. The leak occurred when water entered a storage tank containing methyl isocyanate (MIC), which violently reacts with water and overheated the tank, releasing a toxic gas cloud. The disaster is considered the worst industrial accident in history. Union Carbide Corporation is an American chemical company. UCC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dow Chemical Company.

Sheikh Dr. Yasir , when I listen to your podcasts or lectures, I find peace and clarity in understanding the world. However, I struggle with concepts like the effort required for Iqamat-e-Deen and political obligations. There's obviously academic truth to these concepts, and youth often feel conflicted about being held accountable on Judgment Day for not doing something about this. And any youth who is exposed to these concepts, the world starts to feel meaningless, and small things in life dosen't exicte them anymore, as every thing feels insignificant to him. "He thinks he knows the biggest goal that everyone around him doesn't care" After listening to you, it seems the most important goal is pleasing Allah ( through only tazkiya in this modern world) rather than getting involved in the effort for iqamat e Deen. Dr. Qadhi, you seem satisfied and content that focusing on handling current problems and modern issues in the current system, without engaging in efforts for eqamat-e-deen is okay, having acknowledged the academic truth about the obligation of this reality. How do you reconcile this as youths who are exposed to these concepts and see the state of ummah feel uneasy and emotionally turmoil everyday and feel accountable to Allah for not being able to do something about it. I don't want to look at my question in the angle that it is not pragmatic and practical so that's why we can't do it. As that will not address the psychological and theological effect that has on youth .... Can youth live the normal lives of tazkiya and dawah with Worldly goals, ignoring all this?

I respect the shaykhs perspective and knowledge but I feel like he’s a little off on the state of Economics in 2024. Indonesia, Bangladesh, Qatar and Saudi all 10x their GDP from 2000 to 2023, the world has changed a lot in that regard and in this multipolar world hyper fixation on making impact in the West is not wise. We should be focusing on building economic relationships amongst Muslim nations, and build toward a stronger future together. That can form into an Islamic union, khilafa, whatever, but you can’t dismiss one or the other. I’m from Mississauga as well, the dawah work we do here the community outreach and activism is so important, but we have to have a balanced approach and also try to keep our ties with the Muslim world strong.

And whatever you say about Qadhi. By Allah I have only benefited from this man. I never accepted anything of him that went against Islam(except what I may not be aware of). This man is a great speaker that has many problematic views. I cant defend this. But I can and will say what is true. He is a great source of benefit for many muslims myself included.

The Shia have it as a Aqeeda that’s why they do takfir when people differ in the ruler. I do not recall a single instance of Yasir saying a clash within civilisations during the immediate years after 911. Please reference me an instance where he did if there exists one. I do however remember Hamza Yusuf calling it a crash of civilisations on numerous instances. Also, clash within civilisations doesn't really clarify the reason for contemporary international conflict, as contradictory forces have always existed within every civilisation, and always will. A crash however does clarify, in that it means to say that civilisation is to be mature human beings within their humanity and civility, and a collapse therefore, or crash, of that is what is leading to barbaric violence rather than humanitarian collaboration.
