Taqiyya Watch NEW @ FACT: 'TAQIYYA' (TAKIYA) MEANING The word ‘Taqiyya’ is a Shia doctrine which gave its followers to conceal their religious beliefs in order to shield themselves from persecution or even death. This doctrine is only practiced by Shias who make up 20% of the world’s Muslim population. The aim of this article is to show that ‘Taqiyya’ doctrine is part of the Shia sect only, using Muslim and non-Muslim commentaries of the doctrine of Taqiyya. This has no connection to Sunnis, who make up 80% of the World’s Muslims. A Glossary of Islamic Terms - Aisha Bewley Taqiyya: concealment of one’s views to escape persecution. It was obligatory for the secret agents of some of the more extreme Isma’ili groups. [1] The Penguin Dictionary of Islam: Taqiyya (lit., ‘guarding oneself’) In Shiism, the practice of not openly expressing one’s faith and religious affiliation as a form of self-protection in situations of compulsion or persecution. [2] Encyclopedia of Islam and the Muslim World - Richard C. Martin: Taqiyya Often translated as ‘dissimulation,’ the word taqiyya is etymologically linked to piety and devotion. In twelver Shi’ite thought it has come to refer to the tactic employed by the imams (and recommended to the Shi’ites) of hiding one’s beliefs when faced with oppression. Normally, a Muslim is expected to declare his beliefs, so to deny it is a grave sin (Kabira). However, according to tradition, the shi’ite imams were faced with oppression from the sunni majority, and in order to preserve the well-being of both their followers and themselves, they dissimulated. Outwardly they would conform to Sunni belief and practice; inwardly they would remain Shi’ite. When the Abbasid caliph al-Mansur embarked on a campaign against the supporters of the sixth imam, Ja’far, the imam is said to have encouraged the shi’a to dissimulate in order to save themselves. The doctrine was based upon a certain interpretation of the Qur’anic verse 16:106, where the wrath of God is said to await the apostate ‘except those who are compelled while their hearts are firm in faith.’ This exceptive clause is interpreted in Shi’ite Qur’anic commentaries as referring to ‘those who are forced to practice taqiyya.’ Taqiyya, within the Shi’ite tradition, can be seen as a balance to Shahada-the willingness to expose oneself to danger in the cause of truth. While Imam ‘Ja’far recommended taqiyya, the example of Imam Husayn seems to encourage self-sacrifice in the face of oppression. Shi’ite theologians and jurists have debated long and hard about when one should be willing to face martyrdom, and when one may resort to tawiyya. There has not emerged a unanimous orthodox position or teaching on this point, though the factors to be considered include the magnitude of the evil perpetrated by the oppressor and the estimated risk to oneself, one’s family, and the community of believers. The different tactics have been employed at a different times in Shi’ite history. The Shi’a in the Ottoman Empire, living under Sunni rule, were encouraged by some shi’ite ulema to perform taqiyya. At the beginning of revolutionary movement modern Iran, on the other hand, martyrdom was seen as virtue, and taqiyya was discouraged by some ulama. Taqiyya Watch NEW @ FACT: RESPONSE TO 'TAQIYYA' DECEPTION - LYING Part 2 of 3: Refutation To Taqiyya: Moreover, Islamic Scholar Shaykh Ashiq Ilahi Madni was so infuriated by Shias who use the doctrine of ‘Taqiyya’ that he wrote a refutation against their false doctrine, and stating that ‘Taqiyya’ which is endorsed by those heretics (Shias), has no place in Islam, nor has Islam ever endorsed it. Here is what the Scholar, Shaykh Ashiq Ilahi Madni wrote: A REFUTATION OF THE ‘TAQIYYA’ OF THE RAWAFIDH The sect called the Rawafidh (part of the shia movement) attaches such great importance to the practice of ‘Taqiyya’ (lying in religious matters) that a renowned proverb amongst them is that the person who does not practise Taqiya has no belief (Iman). They quote in their support the above verse, ‘unless you have to safeguard yourselves from enemies.’ At the outset it should be understood why they resorted to this practice. The Jews taught these people a Din (religion) other than that brought by the Holy Prophet and impressed on their minds that Sayyidina Ali… was supposed to be the immediate leader after the Holy Prophet… They were told that the other Caliphs (Kalifas) viz. Sayyidina Abu Bakr… Sayyidina Umar… and Sayyidina Uthman… unsurped the Caliphate (Khilafah) from him. However, true Muslims ask them the reason why Sayyidina Ali remained silent about the matter for 26 years, not once laying claim to his right? Why did he, during this entire period, even participate in their meetings and fight with in Jihad? Why did he join them in all their Jumu’ah, Eid and daily Salah? In reply to all of this they have been taught by their tutors (the Jews) to say that Sayyidina Ali… was practising Taqiya. This practice of ‘taqiya’ is such a weapon that the enemies have placed in their hands that they regard it as being fundamental f Din (religion) and use it in every defence. When they deliberately say many things that contradict their beliefs, they actually feel that they are doing an act of virtue. How vast is the difference between their cowardly practice of ‘Taqiya’ and the outstanding courageousness of Sayyidina Ali whom they claim to follow! It is not the trait if people of belief (Iman) to falter before falsehood. If indeed it was the right of Sayyidina Ali to ascend to the Caliphate (Khilafah), he would have fought for the truth and not given in to the other three Khulafa. It is not conceivable that the vicegerent of the greatest Holy prophet should yield to the authority of any oppressor. To view the matter from another angle, the incident of Sayyidina Husain, should be examined. When the Rawafidh summoned him to Kufa and then deserted him, he chose to fight to the end for the sake of the truth. He even had to endure the killing of so many of his family members, but he never yielded to the pressure of those whom he considered to be oppressive. He could have practiced ‘Taqiya’ to appease Yazid and Ibn Ziyad, but he did not. This episode clearly displays the fact that there exists no ‘taqiya’ in the Din (religion), for it was not even practised by people like Sayyidina Husain whom these Shias claim to follow. Whatever incidents the Shias narrate regarding ‘Taqiya’ of their ‘scholar’s (Imams)’ are all fabrications and contradict the status of these noble personalities. It is just not possible that they conceal one thing in their hearts and practice another. This practice of ‘Taqiya’ has no basis from the Qur’an whatsoever. ‘…unless you have to safeguard yourselves from enemies.’ This verse applies to the case when a Muslim is in endanger of suffering harm from the disbelievers infidels (Kuffar) e.g. they force him to make any statement of infidelity (kufr) under a threat, which they are able to induce and which shall prove unbearable to the Muslim In question. This is as Allah says Surah Nahl (verse 106), save for him who is forced, but his heart is content with belief (Iman).’ Even in this case, however, it will be best to endure suffering and not concede. [1] As I have responded to the claims made against Islam on lying, I do not need to go over it again. Rather, I will quote Quranic verses and Hadith where it clearly states that lying is forbidden, should be avoided in all circumstances and is a major sin. The following, God and Prophet Mohammad (p) speak on the importance of being truthful in all circumstances. And a person who lies is hated in the sight of Allah. In short, telling the truth is virtuous and leads one to Paradise. To be continued to Part 3 of 3

Taqiyya Watch NEW @ FACT: RESPONSE TO 'TAQIYYA' DECEPTION - LYING Part 3 of 3: The Qur’an: O YOU who have attained to faith! Be ever steadfast in upholding equity, bearing witness to the truth for the sake of God, even though it be against your own selves or your parents and kinsfolk. Whether the person concerned be rich or poor, God’s claim takes precedence over [the claims of] either of them. Do not, then, follow your own desires, lest you swerve from justice: for if you distort [the truth], behold, God is indeed aware of all that you do! - Quran 4:135 O ye who believe! Be careful of your duty to Allah, and be with the truthful. - Quran 9:119 Allah will say: “This is a Day on which the truthful will profit from their truth: theirs are Gardens under which rivers flow (in Paradise) - they shall abide therein forever. Allah is pleased with them and they with Him. That is the great success (Paradise). - Quran 5:119 That Allah may reward the true men for their truth, and punish the hypocrites if He will, or relent toward them (if He will). Lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. - Quran 33:24 O you who believe! Keep your duty to Allah and fear Him, and speak (always) the truth. - Quran 33:70 And do not mix the truth with falsehood or conceal the truth while you know [it]. - Quran 2:42 From The Hadith: ‘Abdullah reported Allah’s Messenger as saying: It is obligatory for you to tell the truth, for truth leads to virtue and virtue leads to Paradise, and the man who continues to speak the truth and endeavours to tell the truth is eventually recorded as truthful with Allah, and beware of telling of a lie for telling of a lie leads to obscenity and obscenity leads to Hell-Fire, and the person who keeps telling lies and endeavours to tell a lie is recorded as a liar with Allah. (Sahih Muslim Book 32, Hadith 6309) ‘Abdullah b. Mas’ud reported Allah’s Messenger as saying: Telling of truth is a virtue and virtue leads to Paradise and the servant who endeavours to tell the truth is recorded as truthful, and lie is obscenity and obscenity leads to Hell-Fire, and the servant who endeavours to tell a lie is recorded as a liar. Ibn Abu Shaiba reported this from Allah’s Apostle. (Sahih Muslim Book 32, Hadith 6308) Aishah narrated: “There was no behaviour more hated to the Messenger of Allah than lying. A man would lie in narrating something in the presence of the Prophet, and he would not be content until he knew that he had repented.” (Jami` at-Tirmidhi Volume 4, Book 1, Hadith 1973) Abdullah reported that the Prophet (p) said, “You must be truthful. Truthfulness leads to dutifulness and dutifulness leads to the Garden. A man continues to tell the truth until he is written as a siddiq with Allah. Beware of lying. Lying leads to deviance and deviance leads to the Fire. A man continues to lie until he is written as a liar with Allah.” (Al-Adab Al-Mufrad: Book 21, Hadith 386) The Prophet (p) guaranteed paradise to anyone if they can avoid lying even when joking. The Prophet said: I guarantee a house in the surroundings of Paradise for a man who avoids quarrelling even if he were in the right, a house in the middle of Paradise for a man who avoids lying even if he were joking, and a house in the upper part of Paradise for a man who made his character good. @AL Lah moon god @ FACT: IS ALLAH A FALSE GOD? IS ALLAH THE MOON GOD? The evangelists say: “This ‘Allah’ was the Moon-god according to the archeological evidence. Muhammad thus attempted to have it both ways. To the pagans, he said that he still believed in the Moon-god Allah. To the Jews and the Christians, he said that Allah was their God too. But both the Jews and the Christians knew better and that is why they rejected his god Allah as a false god.” • Response Finding evidence for these truly unbelievable arguments is much harder for the Jews and Christians of the world than the impossible task of finding the original copies of their ‘holy books’ in their original language, signed by their original authors with their full names printed. Prophet Muhammad spent the first thirteen years of his twenty-three-year mission being Allah’s Messenger, in Makkah. Makkah had a handful of Christians and Jews during that era. The overwhelming majority of the inhabitants of Makkah were Arab pagans. The Prophet Muhammad belonged to the dominant Arab tribe in Makkah, the Quraish. The Prophet Muhammad never promoted a two-faced message. It didn’t happen that one message was designed to appeal to the pagans and another designed to appeal to the Jews and Christians. Not even the Jews or the Christians who were his contemporaries, and indeed his bitter enemies, made such a ludicrous claim about the Prophet Muhammad. If what the evangelists claim here is true then where are the manuscripts that prove this claim? Where is this earlier or different Quran that was meant for Arab pagans to appease their idol-worship? Are there any sentences in existence that belong to this imaginary pagan Quran that support this claim? More specifically, where are the specific documents unearthed by the specific so-claimed archeological discoveries that specifically state that the Prophet Muhammad specifically said to the pagans of Makkah, “Allah is the moon-god”? Had Prophet Muhammad told Arab pagans that he worshipped their very own moon-god, whose name happened to be Allah, then why did Arab pagans disbelieve in Muhammad, peace be on him, if he only called them to their pagan deities? Why did Arab pagans so violently resist, oppose, and fought against the Prophet Muhammad and his message? Modern-day evangelists just don’t make sense. The Quran is found worldwide in multiple languages. So, where is this alleged appeasement of pagan Arab deities which Prophet Muhammad made in the Quran? Have they even bothered to read the Quran before they made such claims that not only Muslims, but also numerous non-Muslims would dismiss as blatant lies! As stated, after being sent as Allah’s Last and Final Prophet and Messenger, Muhammad, blessings and mercy on him, remained in Makkah, his hometown, for thirteen years residing among his tribe, the pagans of Quraish. The Quranic chapters revealed to the Prophet Muhammad during this era are called, ‘Suwar Makkiyah (Makkan [Quranic] Chapters).’ At the time, Makkah, one of the biggest towns in Arabia, had but a handful of Jews and Christians. Here are a few ayat (statements) from the Quran wherein is found the topic of Allah vs. the moon. We should note here that there are 114 chapters in the Quran. Surah Al-Anbiyaa (Chapter: The Prophets) was revealed in Makkah. Here is the thirty-third ayah (sentence, verse) in this surah: "And it is He who created the night and the day and the sun and the moon; all [heavenly bodies] in an orbit are swimming." [Noble Qur'an, Surah Al-Anbya 21:33] Surah Nuh (Noah), was also among the Quranic chapters revealed in the early Islamic era in Makkah. Here are the fifteenth and the sixteenth ayat (verses, sentences) of this surah: "Do you not consider how Allah has created seven heavens in layers. And made the moon therein a [reflected] light and made the sun a burning lamp? [Noble Qur'an, surah Nuh 71:15-16] After remaining in Makkah for thirteen years, Prophet Muhammad was forced to migrate to Madinah where he spent the last ten years of his life. Madinah had a majority of Arab pagans, a large minority of Jews, and a handful of Christians. Here is the Quranic message on the topic of Allah vs. the moon found in Surah Al-Haj, which was revealed in Madinah: "Do you not see that to Allah prostrates whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth and the sun, the moon, the stars, the mountains, the trees, the moving creatures and many of the people? But upon many the punishment has been justified. And he whom Allah humiliates - for him there is no bestower of honor. Indeed, Allah does what He wills." [Noble Qur'an, Surah Al-Haj 22:18] Therefore, Allah has clearly stated in the Quran, both in Makkah and later in Madinah, that He has created the sun and the moon. Meanwhile, the evangelists call him the moon-god! How ingenious! • What do evangelists know about the Creator of all things? What do evangelists, who worship a man who used to eat, sleep, and answer the call of nature, know about ‘God’? And yet they dare say that Allah is a false god! Well, read how Allah is described in the Quran and compare the magnificent Quranic description of Him, being the Creator of all things, to the silly arguments of modern-day evangelists mentioned here: "Allah - there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of [all] existence. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is [presently] before them and what will be after them, and they encompass not a thing of His knowledge except for what He wills. His Kursi extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation tires Him not. And He is the Most High, the Most Great." [Noble Qur'an, Surah Al-Baqarah 2:255]

Now I have to clarify these Swiss cheese accounts ... Back then it was a well known fact that Swiss cheese is Haram. Only the holes in the Swiss cheese are hallal. So next time you have to worry about what you put in your mouth. It is best to simply use a straw. Because it's the same problem with this Chinese fish (Fugu). If the cook is not hallal enough, the journey to hell begins before dessert is on the table ;)

@theastronomer5800
@theastronomer5800 4 күн бұрын
@@User-4517 Here are just a few of the most trusted early sources which immediately cast doubt on perfect preservation, without even looking at the Quran: Ibn Kahtir, commenting on Q33:6 explains that Ibn Masud, Ibn Abbas, ibn Kab and Muawiyah (Muhammad's closest companions and whom Muhammad said to learn the Quran from) "hardly ever recited the above verse [Q33:6] without saying 'seeing that he is as a father to them'". This is not in the Uthmanic Arabic Quran. This is also explained in Tabari and Abdullah Yusuf (who mentions the qiraats), and numerous other scholars, who explain that this it at variance of the (later) version of Utham. Narrated Zaid bin Thabit Al-Ansari: who was one of those who used to write the Divine Revelation: Abu Bakr sent for me after the (heavy) casualties among the warriors (of the battle) of Yamama (where a great number of Qurra' were killed). 'Umar was present with Abu Bakr who said, 'Umar has come to me and said, The people have suffered heavy casualties on the day of (the battle of) Yamama, and I am afraid that there will be more casualties among the Qurra' (those who know the Qur'an by heart) at other battle-fields, whereby a large part of the Qur'an MAY BE LOST, unless you collect it. And I am of the opinion that you should collect the Qur'an." - Sahih al-Bukhari, Volume 6, Book 60, Number 201 It is reported from Ismail ibn Ibrahim from Ayyub from Naafi from Ibn Umar who said: "Let none of you say 'I have acquired the whole of the Qur'an'. How does he know what all of it is when much of the Qur'an has disappeared? Rather let him say 'I have acquired what has survived.'" (as-Suyuti, Al-Itqan fii Ulum al-Qur'an, p.524). Ibn Umar was a companion of Muhammad. Abu Musa al-Ash'ari, one of the early authorities on the Qur'an text and a companion of Muhammad, is reported to have said to the reciters of Basra: We used to recite a surah which resembled in length and severity to (Surah) Bara'at. I have, however, forgotten it with the exception of this which I remember out of it: "If there were two valleys full of riches, for the son of Adam, he would long for a third valley, and nothing would fill the stomach of the son of Adam but dust". ( Sahih Muslim, Vol. 2, p.501). Abu Musa went on to say: We used to recite a surah similar to one of the Musabbihaat, and I no longer remember it, but this much I have indeed preserved: 'O you who truly believe, why do you preach that which you do not practise?' (and) 'that is inscribed on your necks as a witness and you will be examined about it on the Day of Resurrection'. (as-Suyuti, Al-Itqan fii Ulum al-Qur'an, p.526). Zirr ibn Hubaish reported: "Ubayy ibn Ka'b said to me, 'What is the extent of Suratul-Ahzab?' I said, 'Seventy, or seventy-three verses'. He said, 'Yet it used to be equal to Suratul-Baqarah and in it we recited the verse of stoning'. I said, 'And what is the verse of stoning'? He replied, 'The fornicators among the married men (ash-shaikh) and married women (ash-shaikhah), stone them as an exemplary punishment from Allah, and Allah is Mighty and Wise."' (As-Suyuti, Al-Itqan fii Ulum al-Qur'an, p.524) It was narrated that 'Aishah said: “The Verse of stoning and of breastfeeding an adult ten times was revealed, and the paper was with me under my pillow. When the Messenger of Allah died, we were preoccupied with his death, and a tame sheep came in and ate it.” These verses were abrogated in recitation but not ruling. Other ahadith establish the number for fosterage to be 5. - Hasan Ibn Majah 1944 A'isha (Allah be pleased with, her) reported that it had been revealed in the Holy Qur'an that ten clear sucklings make the marriage unlawful, then it was abrogated (and substituted) by five sucklings and Allah's Apostle died and it was before that time (found) in the Holy Qur'an (and recited by the Muslims). - Sahih Muslim 1452a Abu Ubaid in his Kitab Fada'il-al-Qur'an says: Ibn Abi Maryam related to us from Ibn Luhai'a from Abu'l-Aswad from Urwa b. az-Zubair from A'isha who said, "Surat al-Ahzab (xxxiii) used to be recited in the time of the Prophet with two hundred verses, but when Uthman wrote out the codices he was unable to procure more of it than there is in it today." From Masud, whom Muhammad said to learn the Quran, we learn about Uthman's Quran: Mas'ud disliked Zaid bin Thabit copying the Musahif, and he said: 'O you Muslim people! Avoid copying the Mushaf and the recitation of this man, by Allah, when I accepted Islam he was but in the loins of a disbelieving man' - meaning Zaid bin Thabit - and it was regarding this that 'Abdullah bin Mas'ud said: 'O people of Al-'Iraq! Keep the Musahif that are with you, and conceal them. For indeed Allah said: And whoever conceals something, he shall come with what he concealed on the Day of Judgement (3:161). - Sahih Jami at-Tirmidhi 3104 Allah has commanded you to recite to your people the Qur'an in one dialect. Upon this he said: I ask from Allah pardon and forgiveness. My people are not capable of doing it. He then came for the second time and said: Allah has commanded you that you should recite the Qur'an to your people in two dialects. Upon this he (the Holy prophet) again said: I seek pardon and forgiveness from Allah, my people would not be able to do so. He (Gabriel) came for the third time and said: Allah has commanded you to recite the Qur'an to your people in three dialects. Upon this he said: I ask pardon and forgiveness from Allah. My people would not be able to do it. He then came to him for the fourth time and said: Allah has commanded you to recite the Qur'an to your people in seven dialects, and in whichever dialect they would recite, they would be right. - Sahih Muslim 821a
